They have a boot camp on Wed. mornings. I wouldn't dare go today, being as sore as I am right now. But I will give it a try next Wed. I took that class years ago, so I have an idea of what it is already. That one will leave me sore too. lol But sore gets results, so you gotta do what you gotta do, I guess. :) |
Feeling kind of yucky today. I think it's my body detoxing. It's been years since I've done any kind of detox. I hope its that and not the flu. But I think I am right. |

It's hard for ex like when we went on our cruise, dinners were so large I would only take a bite or two of each dish. Unless of course it was really really yummy. :p The scale hasn't moved much, but I am happy to report that I did go down one notch on my belt! Although it's a new belt, so I hope it's just not the leather stretching. :cool: |

Okay, I have fallen off the health wagon for a few days. So disappointed in myself, but ran out of healthy food...and had to make do with what I had. Stopped at the store this evening after work and picked up some healthier things to eat. So, tomorrow I'm climbing back on...hope I can do this!!! |
