Love the defenses expert witness, she knows her stuff! All the while she's talking about Jodi and her diagnosis of Jodi she will not look at her the expert at all. Jodi keeps drawing or writing as if the diagnosis has absolutely nothing to do with he.

I'm so pleased with this expert, finally someone who I don't think it's being deceptive and knows what she's talking about, I had a hard time listening to the last two, but I love her. I also love the way she's giving examples to make it clear to the jury.


Ann, you had her diagnosed from the beginning. Post 5. "Jodi very clearly has mental health issues, has identity problems (meaning, she doesn't really have a firm one, she adapts it to others), is very submissive to men (while also being passive aggressive), is a compulsive liar, has narcissistic tendencies, and for sure has borderline personality disorder. Great job!

Def sounds like her. She's gotta have *something* on the narcissistic axis too though! I wonder if we'll hear anything about that. She may not have scored high enough though, who knows.

The way Jodi just absolutely refuses to even acknowledge that anyone is currently on the stand giving testimony makes her look like an immature little 2 yr old. If I was on the jury, that would stand out to me.

I didn't catch the experts name, but she's now testifying point by point as to why she does not agree with the PTSD diagnosis, she doesn't feel she has any memory loss either. This woman is spot on!

Janeen really nailed that memory loss problem about the knife. She didn't remember anything about what she did with it when she was tested and interviewed by Janeen and yet remembers disposing of it when she spoke with the male psychologist, which took place before she met with Janeen. Only problem - she lost memory between the two! Not hardly possible with the way humans retain memory around traumatic events all things being equal. They gain memory as time goes on and they talk and think about the events, not lose it. I can speak from experience there. You may have memory gaps around traumatic events but what you do remember grows in time, not lessens!!! Jodi messed up there.

Looks like some straw grasping going on....I cannot help but wonder if she is saying what she has been advised to say by her client.

I've been dipping in to watch a bit - defense atty. looks pretty lame and weak. Janeen is so polished and factual. She doesn't seem arrogant at all and yet is so full of data and well-informed.

I'm watching right now..Janeen is holding up quite well. JW is looking like she out of her element with her questioning. I see Jodi is now paying attention.

At least Janeen can concede some points and looks like a credible EW. She's not so obviously biased as one-way-Alyce.

I cannot help but wonder if her line of questioning has been dictated by her client. Now a recess? Let me guess....Jodi has another migraine. Needs to come up with another angle is my guess.

And Nurmi starts to swing his chair like people do when reacting to something. Both Arias and he react. Arias looks as if she was about to smile over it is why I thought maybe she did hear that word.

It's Jodi's reaction that has me believing she did say it. Jodi looks up ubruptly and then smirks.

Oh yeah, she said it and I LOVE IT. Means she is flustered and out-gunned. Dumbass needs to stick with her field of expertise...trying to analyze psychological test results herself is not going to work. I mean...seriously, the one question she asked was just ridiculous....she noted that Jodi has low self esteem and asked if the psychologist was aware that domestic violence victims have low self esteem. Uh duh.... Every single person with lowered self esteem does not end up in that type of relationship. just stupid stupid stupid

And I also love it because it shows what an unprofessional ass she is just like her witnesses. She must have hand picked those winners herself.
