| ![]() My daughter is a beautician and my hair was getting dry and dull. She started me using Moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner. It's a little hard to find but it's great, at least for me.

| ![]() I am in the same place as you right now with my hair. I use Treseme but just as important as the shampoo and conditioner is the styling products. I use a heat protector by treseme as well. Some days I let it dry by itself and use a flat iron so it is pin straight, and other times I use the blow dryer (conair hand held with brush attachment) But I always make sure not to blow dry and iron on the same day and I do not always condition but always use a heat protector spray. I would suggest getting a good healthy cut of the ends you do not need to cut it all off, just get small trims more often until you notice a difference. |

| ![]() I have REALLY thick hair and when I let it air dry it becomes really curly naturally. But lately, my hair has been sooo dry. I think it's weather plus we have well water which SUCKS for hair!! My mom owns a salon so I've tried every "professional" shampoo's out there. Pantene is personally my favorite though. It makes my hair so silky and shiny and soft even in the well water. I always use the Malibu conditioner which is a conditioner specifically for well water. I also color my hair every month though (partial foil highlights) and flat iron almost every day so it's totally breaking my hair. I need to fix it too!

| ![]() My sis got me a set of Shampoo, Conditioner, and leave in Conditioner from Victoria's Secret. It is the SO SEXY line. OMGish I LOVE it. My hair smells delicious and feels incredible. (I am not in anyway afiliated with this company. ![]() I have had the same $10 bottles for almost 3months and am just now almost out. The leave in doesn't make you hair oily either. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone to try. ![]() |

| ![]() A GOOD cut is #1 (not just a haircut) Vitamins - Prenatal vitamins are good Good shampoo/conditioner with color protectant (I believe you get what you pay for so I do go to Ulta to get my sham/cond but hubby has a ton of thick hair and he uses Suave - go figure!) Heat protectant for blow drying Root lifter For curly hair - use a diffuser and don't dry it all the way - use a curl activator and crunch your hair - use a pick - never brush For straight hair - instead of flat ironing - try using a curling brush (the heat isn't as direct as a flat/curling iron and it will still staighten out most of the curls) (looks like a curling iron except it has a brush) Don't keep your hair in a ponytail 90% of the time - it does pull on your hair

My hair is 98% of the time in a low ponytail. I have heard that the elastics (the skinny ones) can really damage hair. So when I am at home I use the big fabric scrunci (like the 80's style velvet kind) and that has really helped. Also, if you wear your hair in a pony don't pull it too tightly because that can damage your hair too. I wear the skinny (Goody) elastics out of the house but I never wrap them too tight. Garnier has been known to cause breakouts on your forehead. It happened to me and several people I know but I love how it makes my hair look. Now I just wash my face after I shampoo. I think the Keratase hair care line is amazing. It works miracles for sure. Their products are very expensive but it will do wonders for your hair. JMO
