One of my bff's is the same. When we were in HS she had so much hair and nice and thick, and now it's thin and not a lot. | I would have to agree. I have used so many different shampoos it makes my head spin, and they're all the same. The only advice I can give is if you color your hair, make sure you get a color treated shampoo so that your color doesn't fade so fast, and get regular haircuts... it helps a lot! I had long hair all of my life (it almost touched my butt!) and finally last year I decided to chop it to my shoulders and get the "Victoria Beckham A-Line cut." I loved it so much, and it makes your head feel so much lighter, it's amazing! |
