I am in the same place as you right now with my hair. I use Treseme but just as important as the shampoo and conditioner is the styling products. I use a heat protector by treseme as well. Some days I let it dry by itself and use a flat iron so it is pin straight, and other times I use the blow dryer (conair hand held with brush attachment) But I always make sure not to blow dry and iron on the same day and I do not always condition but always use a heat protector spray. I would suggest getting a good healthy cut of the ends you do not need to cut it all off, just get small trims more often until you notice a difference. |
