ME TOO! i get so sick to my stomach! I have gotten in fights when i was younger! i was really mean. but then again i just stood up for myself and wasnt scared of anyone. I have really mellowed out a lot. I do still throw tantrums! my moms tells my Bf that hes good man for putting up with me lol because i can get terrible at times! i feel for him sometimes.

Actually, I don't get mad often, I'm usually - annoyingly to those around me - looking at the bright side.

But years ago, I discovered something that helped, and the family counseling agency where I worked actually used the idea. You know how you want to BREAK something (but don't want to break your stuff)? If you take a plastic ice cube tray and slam it on the counter, it sounds satisfyingly like breaking glass. When you feel better, a quick paper towel clean up, and you're a new person!!

I normally can't cry when I'm angry - well, I guess sometimes I do, it just depends.

I like to get in my car and turn on blasting music that I used to listen to when I was a teen (just a few years ago ) and drive like a teenager. (a responsible one, of course!)

Once I took a huge thick branch and went outside and beat a tree. It hurt my hands from the force of the vibrations. I yelled while I beat the tree, too. I kept hitting it until the branch I was using broke down to a size where it was too small to use anymore. Then it kinda made me laugh.

I was this way today...and do you want to know WHY? Because I lost my book of stamps. Now how RETARTED is that? Yes I know, very. lol.

Seriously...I got SO mad that I couldn't find them because I had 3 things that I needed to stick in the mail (bills ) and I have been SO busy with getting things ready for my MIL who will be here on Saturday, and I didn't have TIME to stop and drive to the P.O. to get more. Not only that, but it was a FULL book almost (minus 2 stamps) that I had JUST bought - and now they were gone - VANISHED, into thin air. I had to go get my tire fixed on my car because my wonderful husband drove over a nail (gotta love him ) and I also had to go to the grocery store and go to my hair appointment among other things...and now I had to drive to the P.O. to get MORE stamps after I had JUST bought some?? Oh, today just WASN'T a good day So much to do and nothing was going right - just one of those days

I was furious over this stamp thing, LOL. My husband called to tell me that they were getting ready to shoot the commercial up at his office (they are doing one for the Holidays) - and he could tell right off the bat that it WASN'T a good time to call me He knew right away from my, "HELLO!" that he had better just hang up lol. Needless to say we didn't talk long

Anyway, I was screaming and saying some NOT so lovely things (in my head though)...but if I am BEYOND angry, I will cry too. Sometimes I just totally lose it....but I guess that's all part of being a woman (that's what I always hear from my husband anyway) - especially during those oh-so-lovely times once a month. HAH!!

Oh girl, trust me - I use online bill pay for all of my bills, EXCEPT 3 - I HATE mailing bills off!!! I mail my car payment in, because they charge a huge stupid fee for paying it online, AND over the phone...and I mail 2 of my medical bills off because those people NEVER answer the phone!! I am paying on 5 right now, 1 is almost paid off...2 of them always answer the phone immediately, so I pay those 2 that way (unfortunately I can't pay ANY of my medical bills online ), but the other two have a darn answering machine that comes on IMMEDAITELY when you call, then you are promted to leave a message and they NEVER call you back! You'd think if they wanted their money they would return a call! NOT!!

I just have to get out of the house lol, I usually take a really long walk around the city, gives me time to calm down and think. Otherwise I will just get really mad and curse, cry and say things that I don't mean.

If I am really mad....I have to remove myself from whatever has pissed me off!!! I have to walk away!!!! The very first thing I do is call my best friend who lives 3 hours away....she always makes me feel better!!!

UMMMM! Therapy anyone!!! LOL! I'm pretty even tempered.HOWEVER..... I can have a nasty temper when I pushed over the edge...takes alot to get me there....I usually get very quiet. If the person continues to push me I let them have it! Then I am ok.

I normally fume and then it makes it worse because it just keeps building up....so I learned to either vent about it or go somewhere alone to talk it out (to myself) and pray about it....I feel so much better after that. I learned that why keep things bottled up and keep reliving it or thinking about it....it just drags you down..... it is better to talk about it to someone about it, think positive thoughts,etc....
