But years ago, I discovered something that helped, and the family counseling agency where I worked actually used the idea. You know how you want to BREAK something (but don't want to break your stuff)? If you take a plastic ice cube tray and slam it on the counter, it sounds satisfyingly like breaking glass. When you feel better, a quick paper towel clean up, and you're a new person!!
Yea.. it's weird when i was crying i got myself even more mad. Thnx for the icetray tip, ill try that
