| ![]() Its great to see what everyone does when they get angry. I cry and talk when I am angry and I can cry a long time until I fall asleep and when I wake up, it usually feels better and usually I won't eat for some time and do not feel hungry. Usually it is something that has been bottled up over a long time until my hormone changes (once a month) and I couldn't control my own emotions anymore I let it out. If I need to talk to hubby and hubby doesn't pay attention to me as guys usually are, I will explode. I do throw things when I am very very angry but just unbreakable things like the pillow, clothes ![]()

| ![]() I used to have a bad temper, but I have definitely mellowed with age. It takes alot to make me mad now, I guess I figured it's just not worth the energy. If something makes me mad now, I just ask myself "is this going to matter tomorrow or next week?" Most times the answer is no, so I don't waste what little energy I have on it. I used to clean, clean, clean when I was angry or I'd go for a long walk and cool down....after I threw a fit lol. I have definitely gotten more patient with age. ![]()

| ![]() I used to have a truly terrible temper. Seriously bad. My first husband nearly drove me nuts and at the end I just lost it. I pulled a knife on him, and shot at him (thank God I was so angry I was shaking and I missed or I'd be in jail right now) After the divorce, I had to pull myself together. My youngest was 6 weeks old and I had a 4 yr old. It took literally YEARS to be able to control my temper. I've mellowed a lot as I've grown older, but it's something I had to work on every day. I made sure my children never saw me lose control (they are still the most important things in my life), and I NEVER touch alcohol. You've got to find something to redirect your anger. Now when I get upset I read, or go for a drive. I hope I NEVER feel that kind of anger again and I feel for anyone else having to deal with a temper like mine.

| ![]() I've found the best way thing to do when I'm angry is to get out the blender and grab a big bottle of vodka .......now what was I mad about...oh ya, nothing! ![]()

| ![]() Yep, I do that too. When I lived in Wichita I would make laps around the city because there was a system of highways that made one big circle. I just set my cruise control and drove for however long it took me to chill out.
