I normally fume and then it makes it worse because it just keeps building up....so I learned to either vent about it or go somewhere alone to talk it out (to myself) and pray about it....I feel so much better after that. I learned that why keep things bottled up and keep reliving it or thinking about it....it just drags you down..... it is better to talk about it to someone about it, think positive thoughts,etc....
