On the note of the Pitt Bull and hanging.... Isnt is also the responsibility to keep your animals(llamas) in a safe and enclosed area as to protect them from animals that have owners or not. just playing devils advocate... |

Also the chain link gate was locked and the person who committed this act kicked in said chain link fence and opened the second chain link gate to access the inner area of the back yard and then opened the gate to the llama pen (With game fencing) and let the dog go. Just a little FYI |

Brushy Creek Investigation Airs TONIGHT!!!! The day has arrived! Our first part (yes, just the first part) of our stories on Brushy Creek Kennel airs tonight on Fox 26 in Houston during our 9pm newscast. This first segment will just focus on one particular case. Still to come: More from the avalanche of complaints directed at this business. Keep watching for updates. These stories will be scheduled at the last minute and I may not be able to give much notice. But even if you miss the story, you can catch it on our website at www.myfoxhouston.com and click on the news tab. From there, click on Randy Wallace, Fox 26 Investigates on the right side of the news page. On Randy's page, you will see a list of stories with his most recent at the top. This is a relatively short story compared to what we have planned later this month. I will keep you updated. For those of you wondering, the attorney for David Moore decided not to comment on the allegations. That shocking news was followed by her claim that Mr. Moore was out of town with a sick relative. Judging from the complaints reviewed from people who tried to reach Mr. Moore over the years regarding purchases, he seems to have extraordinarily bad luck when it comes to ill relatives living in Ireland. Just in case his attorney had received bad information, we plan to station a free-lance photographer near his home just in case he shows up and would like to tell his side of the story. But of course, I am sure he is in Ireland. We offered to record an interview on the phone, meet with his wife, meet with his attorney anywhere in the area at any time during the day or night. They just plain don't want to talk about it and that is certainly their right. I have not had a chance to catch up on this thread as I actually work on other stories besides Brushy Creek. I'm currently juggling about 14 stories. But I will be sure to post updates on air dates for upcoming Brushy Creek reports. One more thing: I usually don't report on stories airing on our competition but this one sounds pretty interesting. I understand "Inside Edition," which is shown in just about every city in the country, will air their own Brushy Creek report Tuesday. It sounds like they really poured some major resources into this one and I encourage everyone to be on the look-out tomorrow for this story. Find out when and where it airs in your area by going to: www.insideedition.com I would have preferred that we were the only ones working on this story but I cannot expect a business with so many dissatisfied customers to stay below the radar for long. And like I remarked, this should be a very interesting story on a national platform. Check it out. David |
WOW - even Inside Edition is doing a story on it? No wonder they wont comment. Mr. Moore must have been logging on to YT from Ireland. I hope his relatives get better soon so he may have the opportunity to comment. |
This is so unbelievable  THANKS to FOX26NEWS :) :) :) The information that you have been providing along the way is so wonderful! I really think you are a great guy - even posting info about the competitors stories, thanks, that means alot :D You have GREAT CHARACTER ;) |

Thank you again for being a voice for people and having the compassion to take an interest in a huge problem in our country. I think it's just great that Fox took this on and there must be way more going on at this Kennel for a National show to pick it up - but FOX is the hero to me - that's the one I'll be watching. Thank you David - for the updates and for what you do as a reporter. I'm sure this will be a great investigative report.   |

If he was lead there and let in it is probalby safe to say he was instigated to do the deed as well. Sounds to me like you should have shot the owner. |
inside edition too. Well now I can watch it. |
"So what you are saying is it really wasnt the dogs fault." Regardless of fault all I can tell you when a dog is charging me and growling and showing its teeth I don't care who's fault it is I am not going to let it endanger the lives of my animals (after already Killing one) & I will be damed if it will harm my children. "If he was lead there and let in it is probalby safe to say he was instigated to do the deed as well." YOU THINK??? "Sounds to me like you should have shot the owner." Well if your into that kind of thing I am not personally. I can tell you when who ever did has to answer before God they will pay. |

I am in no way saying the animal didnt need to be killed, but regardless of what he did. It isnt his fault. He was obviously raised that way. If I were you I would turn the guy in to the Humain society for raising dangerous animal. I dont know about where you live but it is illegal for people to raise animals in that manner (for fighting) in CA. And no I am not into that kind of thing...It was more of a joke. Though I do think anyone that would do that doesnt deserve to walk the earth. It is just cruel to your animals, his, and to you. But I really think you should lighten up ;) |

David of Fox news Mr Moore stated in a previous post that the only two people to greet people would be him or Dawn, his sister in law. Maybe she is in the country and can talk to you. |
According to Mr. Moore's attorney, only Mr. Moore or the attorney can speak on behalf of Brushy Creek. And they prefer not to talk for now. That could change before our next several stories. David |
Inside Edition in the New jersey area ( i have no idea if this is the same all around) Thursday 11:30am fox 5 Online Puppies Hundreds of thousands of puppies are purchased over the Internet each year, but as INSIDE EDITION's investigative report found, some online puppy purchases don't always have a happy ending. |

Sorry, I found out after my post today that the story airs on TV tonight but won't be available online until tomorrow (hopefully by the morning). And it looks like Inside Edition may have moved their story to Thursday. If you don't have Inside Edition in your area, they often have stories available on their website after they air on TV. See preview of Thursday: www.insideedition.com/ourstories/thisweek/ David |
