| How often to change pee pads? Should I be changing these suckers every pee and every poop? So far I've been letting my girly go a few pees, but if she poops on it I change it right away. I bought 30 pads initially, looks like I am going to start buying the things in bulk! But, I am very proud of my girl, after about a week of training her (she is now 9 weeks old), she goes about 80-90% of the time on the pad. |

| I let Lola pee on it about three times. I ussually change it right after a poop because she does not seem to like to use it again.

| My Lola uses two-one for pee pees and one for poopies. She will pee on one about twice and poop on the other no more than once, if I dont change them she will pee beside it though |

| I change my pee pad twice a week. I place the pee pad in her litter box, then I simply put a new newspaper on it every time she goes (because she won't go more than once on them!) This works out quite well for us and is a LOT cheaper too!!! Speaking of pee-pads, I just bought a bunch at Wal Mart and they were 6.82 for 32 pads!! Quite the bargin!!!

| i reuse pee pads i know this may sound really gross, but when romeo poops i pick it up and throw it in the toilet. then he continues to poop in the same spot for days. it like insurance he won't poop on the carpet. it doesn't smell because i get it within minutes. once he pees a few times i toss them in the trash. awe.. life as a yorkie mom. |

| Hey! We get our pads at Wal-Mart too. My husband is a bargin hunter, and he compares prices with the ones we get at Wal-Mart vs the ones you buy in bulk and he said by the time you add shipping and handling you come out cheaper ($ per pad) to get them at Wal-Mart. We're so cheap! LOL! My husband flushes dog poop too. LOL! I just throw the thing away. I let Missi pee on them a few times until she can't without getting her feet wet. She squats but lifts one of her back legs. (It's funny to watch.) But we only change them when they are full. The boys go outside.

| I change my pee pad once a day. I also pick up the poop and flush it unless it is mushy and sticks to the pad, then I throw the pad. Mine go outside most of the time so it is not used everytime they go. |

| I change the pee pee pads as needed (usually every other day) because they go outdoors most of the time. I do have to watch the pups cause they do like to play with clean pee pee pads. I have found them just shaking them with their little teeth. They think they are really big stuff.....

| Once a day... I use the washables and they can soak up quite a bit so I could probably do it every other, but I just don't like having dirty pads sitting around... I pick up the poo and flush it down the toilet it as it appears. |

Pish Pad and ValEthics also sell something similar. I had no problems getting Pixie to use 'em. I think she actually prefers the cloth to the disposable pads... She would only use the disposable pads once 'cuz she didn't like getting her feet wet (and that's only if she didn't shred it to bits first!!!), but the Piddle Pads soak everything up within a couple minutes so she'll use it several times in a day before I change it for a new one. | |
