I got my from Piddle Pads. They work pretty well. They have a vinyl backing so nothing soaks through and they come in different sizes. They're a bit more expensive than most, but IMO it's worth it. I rinse 'em off before putting them in the washer with some Arm & Hammer powdered laundry detergent and they come out good as new! No urine smell to 'em or anything! I've had the same dozen or so for about 7-8 months now and you'd think they were still brand new.

Pish Pad and ValEthics also sell something similar.

I had no problems getting Pixie to use 'em. I think she actually prefers the cloth to the disposable pads... She would only use the disposable pads once 'cuz she didn't like getting her feet wet (and that's only if she didn't shred it to bits first!!!), but the Piddle Pads soak everything up within a couple minutes so she'll use it several times in a day before I change it for a new one.
