I bought some of these also thinking they were cheap and they were cheap all right!! Meaning as in quality. The ones I got from a pet store were not much more and much better quality pads. The Wal-mart ones "separate" or something. Not sure exactly how to describe but proves you get what you pay for. The good news is that my puppies dont seem to care which brand they are.
