Do you get Snubbed by other yorkie owners often?

Then there was that one time that a 6 foot tall lady screamed and hid behind her 5 year old son. And the funny thing was she already knew about Uni!

I told her No, we were going to pass. I told her next time I will make sure we dress Pnut and Todd up as females since it looks like that is what they are into.

I just had a really bad feeling about it. They all had their Yorkies dressed up in tutu's and the ladies had their LV bags and typical Irvine style. Give me a break- I could care less about that crap... Anyone can buy that crap!

How I took it in they didnt come talk to us because Pnut and Todd were not all dressed up, they were not females, they didnt have a full coat, and obviously we didnt carry our LV bag to go to a park.

I think we're dealing with a similar demographic!!

You're so supportive, love it!!! For a variety of reasons, I rarely take them on anything but short walks or rides in the car together. But, come to think of it, Pickles does get more attention (he's 6lbs) and everyone thinks he's a girl. Lol.

Tell Pickles not to worry, Teddy has the same problem! Everyone assumes he is the girl.

Really, your boys are so handsome and they remind me of my guys together. Max and Teddy are different, yet very similar, so it is always fun to see them motoring down the street together.

Puleaze! Uni is a great representative of the breed. I'm biased since she and Teddy do have a lot in common. They could be brother and sister. If you saw Teddy in person, you would really think he looks like Uni.

I've always found other Yorkie owners to be like giant club and when they see me and my Yorkie, they come from afar to say they have one or being theirs over and vice-versa. It's kind of like a little club here in Texas when you see another Yorkie, you just freak out.

That's what I'd love it to be like here, but it's pretty one-sided (I get all excited, the other yorkie owner ignores us).

I was thinking more in terms of the weird places we walk, places where I'm not expecting other pets.

When we go to petsmart, everyone is so friendly! We attract a lot of attention with 3 yorkies in our arms. Even the employees come an greet them and one even know them by name!

We've mostly gotten great feedback from employees.

I get snubbed all the time by other yorkie owners. Especially if they have a tiny "teacup" yorkie. Most other dog owners, big or small dogs, all stop to say hi and give Kaji a chance to sniff and play.
