| Of course they are all beautiful. But it's just a classic coat. What's wrong with nature? Surely has to be some people that like long coats. |

| It's my choice, if I let Jasper's coat grow. And to be honest it hasn't seemed to bother him. It's like having a coat is actually cruel to them? I don't really understand that. Well Jasper's hair is medium length, but it's not show standards long or in that kind of condition. I brush it and clean it. And he doesn't mind at all. And that appalling comment was about the groomer, she cut it badly. Even the OP said they had. If you had of read any of my post properly. Before you decided to jump on the bandwagon of assumptions. groomer - bad job nothing to do with the dog. Last edited by Summerbummer; 04-13-2013 at 10:51 PM. | |

| I actually don't see how there is anything wrong with keeping a yorkie's coat long. It's a nice coat. And I also don't think I have to pretend I liked the cut. When it wasn't done correctly in the first place. Am I meant to say, no you should be pleased, and taken for a fool, and let a groomer do as they wish, while disregarding what you asked for in the first place? You can be as smug with your animations, and stuck up all you like. But people have their own taste, and in interest for the dog. I really don't think I should sugarcoat the fact the groomer messed up. And I even stated, they should ask for a refund. |

| Lol. Yup, I'm a snob. You caught me! Anyone that's been around YT long enough should know by now that I'm not. I said it would be cruel for MY dog to have a long coat with his personality and lifestyle. A lot of dogs love grooming time! Not mine, haha. I have absolutely nothing against people keeping their Yorkies in a long coat. Whatsoever. I think it's gorgeous! Just not something I would do with my own dog. I've seen so many posts of people considering cutting full coats down because they obviously ARE more work. I fully admit, I am way too lazy, with Jackson's short hair, I don't brush him for weeks at a time, it's awesome. lol. Except I might comb his face. It's not my thing! A lot of ppl love it.

| Oh yes I very much misquoted you. I changed 'freezing' to 'so freezing'. Sorry, I did not know there was that much of a difference. lol.

Nobody said you had to pretend to like the cut. You used the word appalling which is a pretty strong word for a little Yorkie's cut who looks similar to mine (granted, I agree the cut definitely could've been better, and more even, but it's essentially how I get my dog done). So yeah I think I took it a little wrong. But it's done and over - it's fine. I understand what you're trying to say, and I'm sorry for even bringing it up.
