| I called Home Again on a Sunday and since it wasn't an emergency, had to leave a message but they called back in an hour. Call them anyway now and someone surely is available to assist you on callback.

| I have never had a problem with PetLink. When Gracie has a checkup visit I have them scan her to make sure the chip is working. My question is: Do the places that chip pets have a particular site that they place the chip? It seems there should be one area of the body, like left front or right front, to place the chip so that a whole body search does not have to be done to find the thing. |

YT 500 Club Member | Have two fur babies, new pup registered with home again found her number registered. My five year old is registered to avid, so I thought. Just called them, and they told me he's not registered. That I have to fill out paper work form and pay to get him registered. These past five years I thought he was registered by vet. What do I do now? I thought it was all done and paid for from vets office.

| Jackson, my Maltese's Avid chip did not show up. I will check Zoey's which is Home Again. I guess I should call the company.

| I just called Avid. ALL MY BABIES have been registered with Avid. The information is entered and complete and current. His explanation in the case I was presented was she was checking with an on line registration site and to get the correct information about her Avid chip/dog being registered, she needs to call AVID @ 1-800-336-2843. He told me they are making upodates to the Avid site and you WILL in the future be able to check your regisatration on line, but for now, call them at that number above. | Ok, is there a thread about micro chipping? Frankly, my lils never ever leave the house unless they are in my purse or arms or now the stroller I got... I felt safe with them not being chipped. I have now decided to have them chipped but am totally clueless about it.. please where can i read up on what to do?

| They are all lifetime. They offer a yearly thing, but that is for extra services. Once a microchip is placed, it is in the system forever....one price...there is no designation for lifetime.
