That is exactly what they told me!!! I have my people fill out the paperwork, I am listed as implanter as well as second contact, and I personally pay the fee and mail in the paperwork....my buyers then receive a letter from Pet-track telling them they have received the paperwork, the fee and all is well. But then when my one buyer went to double check, she is told on the site that the number is not registered!!!! yOU ARE RIGHT....i AM LIVID!!! AND I HAVE TO WAIT TIL tUESDAY TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEBODY....MONDAY IS A HOLIDAY....DOUBT THEY ARE OPEN!!!![/QUOTE]
