I have called reproductive vets & breeders, all saying that she will be fine 99.9% likely, as long as I get an xray the week before she is due to make sure all the puppies are small enough. As of right now I dont 100% positively know what I am doing, but I am thinking about letting her go on with her pregnancy, because she will be fine, they ALL said. "toy reproductive vets" said she would be. I am not for sure yet. But I dont know why I would "get rid" of something that could be BEAUTIFUL & I will get her spayed afterwards either way. I dont know. I just feel so alone when YT usually made me feel like I had millions of supporters ALWAYS even if it wasnt about Bee. Thanks, Lauren

Also I called "toy reproductive vets" who would know about that I would assume VERY MUCH. I understand everyones concern, but they should be concerned in a nice supportive way.

| Thank you for updating us. It's a horrible decision to have to make. I can really understand that. I'll pray for God to help give you discernment so you can make the best choice. Give hugs to sweet Bee from Peyton and Sophia.

If you feel in your heart that that is what is best for you little girl then go with it. Only you know what is best for her..you're her mommy and always will be. Nothing anyone on here says could ever change that!

| I know you must be upset about what happened, but as a pet owner it is your duty to make sure Bee is safe, do you think she will be? I have re-read your post, I do not see anyone being mean to you, i see alot of people very concerned and worried. Good luck with what you decide, I hope you make the best choice for Bee's health.

| I would be petrified if my 5 lb. female were pregnant with the pup/puppies of a 15 lb. male and would have no choice to make but immediate spay, no matter how many vet's offices told me differently. That defies credulity. I cannot understand why a vet would tell you that when everything I have always read about breeding says to breed the female with a male of like or preferably smaller size - not one 150% larger! Have you ever read in any of the breeding literature that 150% larger sire is safe for the dam? Can you understand why people reading about this little female in this potentially dire situation might be incredibly distressed about all this and are petrified for this girl? I read about things like this and cry. I see stories on TV about neglect and abuse and get sick to my stomach. You have involved all of us in this girl's life by your posts. Don't our feelings count at all? Is it just all about you?

| Here's the thing Lauren....unfortunately on-line forums are not going to be that. You are going to get all sort of responses. Some are nice, some are rude, some just SEEM mean because it might not be what we want to hear. It can be really hard to ignore the posts you don't like, and even harder to ignore ones that hit home. I KNOW you are going to get tons of responses to this. Some may come across very hurtful to you. I really believe that most will have the best of intentions for you and Bee If you don't think you are up to hearing all the responses, I would ask admin to close the thread. Then you can email and pm with those you feel closest too. I have already prayed and will continue to.

Thor's Human Donating Member | I do think a few of the posts were out of line. With that being said: this is a life or death situation for your girl. Please consider what the experienced breeders are telling you. It is not safe for your dog to have puppies when the father is three times her size. Please consider the extremely high chance that she will have to have an expensive and dangerous c-section when the time comes. Please also consider that if you bring puppies into the world, you are responsible for them. Are you confident you will be able to adopt the pups out? How will you ensure that they go to good homes? Will you require that they be s/n'd? There is an incredible dog overpopulation problem in this country. Unwanted dogs are PTS in shelters at staggering rates. Will you require that these puppies will be surrendered back to you?
