If animal control hears that, they will walk. I have said all along that people are spinning their wheels here. This woman clearly is not going to surrender this puppy imho. The only way I can see dealing with her is to try and hit her where it hurts and maybe she will stop breeding if it is not profitable. |
nnn There was a girl on here that sought donations then went on to get donations via web pages and an auction. One of her followers turned on her and turned her in to the IRS. She was ivestigated by state and feds. I dont know what the end result was but it did stop her in her tracks and she stopped taking donations. |

http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f3949a.pdf Talked to someone yesterday. They said anyone can report anyone. I am not afraid to leave my name and information because I'm a firm believer in those who have nothing to hide...hide nothing. You can NOT get in trouble for reporting what you think is fraud. You can attach copies of websites etc, PROOF., fill in the information as best you can and mail or fax, you can also just write a letter. Its that easy. |

Lady Jane is correct, I checked with three agencies, one of them is animal control, and they are the only org. that would be able to remove a dog, and they said under the circumstance they did not think this would be a situation where the dog would be removed but they would check it out. As much as all of us would like the dog to be removed I doubt any one of you would want animal control to take it. The only place I believe that would take this dog and not put it down would be one of the yorkie rescue groups. In Mi "technically" you can have no more than 3 dogs without a lic. it is proving harder than I thought to find out if she is a lic. kennel. I attached the info on what may have been the most recent vet visit, which was the 12th, I know the dog IS being seen there but for those of you that are skeptical, just make a call there, I am sure you can find their number easily enough. Updates - For The Love of Mia Bella I have been trying to find the post or posts where she claimed that the donation was tax deductible, if anyone has a copy of it or can post the link that would be great. I have read a lot of the posts but not all of them I might not be on here much in the next day or two, this morning I went to meet my BF since she just returned from FL, her husband had quad. bi pass about six weeks ago, and when he came into the foyer he fell flat on his face on their granite floor. He could not feel his limbs. ambulance was called and he is still in the ER where they are running all sort of tests, I will be back and forth there for the next few days, so if I miss a day or two of posting please don't try to insinuate that I am not doing anything |

I am glad she knows and is having pressure put on her. Maybe one day she will tire of running and stop this breeding mess of hers. |
There have been 18,200 views of this thread. No matter what she might say this kind of stuff is not good for her little "business". I am sure she gets some sales anyway...but there are plenty of people who will steer clear of her. |

Hoping and praying for a good outcome for this sick little dog. I'm afraid of what could happen if there is no appropriate medical intervention. |
