I am 99.9% correct on this, the dog received a broken leg due to some type of accident at the house first. About a month after the leg was deemed broken by the vet, she had trouble walking and at first the vet said it was that the leg did not heal properly, then the vet said it was LP, then finally when it kept getting worse AAI was brought up. She did take if for care, and continues to do so.

My problem is that she feels justified in asking for her facebook group to help pay for the surgery, while at the same time she continues to breed and purchase more dogs while not being able to afford what she has, plus the fact that her females are to tiny to have a litter. What she does not seem to want to address the what ifs that could come out of future breeding. If she said, I am done, this breeding business is not for me. I would be the first one to contribute money to either help Mia or to spay her dogs. But she thinks I have no heart and I just want to keep Mia from getting help. Yes we all know I hate yorkies:rolleyes:, however for the last 26 years the longest I have gone without one is 1 year and I have supported and still support numerous animal charities and have run "actual" fund raisers for animal charities, you would think that would make her realize that good people don't support negligent breeders, and LOL just because you sew dresses for your dogs it does not make you a perfect yorkie owner:D

Only on page 32 but wanted to ask if this baby's condition genetic or caused by being pulled on from being stuck during birth? Being a mom, it made me think of babies being born feet first so I was wondering just wondering how she got sick.
I can't stop wondering if she is raising money for herself and won't treat this baby. I would never have been able to say no to someone who offered to take her and give her a chance, then I would return all donations.

I finally made myself watch this video and now wish I had not . :(. How can she put this baby through this? After watching our little Lolita who there was no hope for suffer for only a week we had made the decision to let her go when she took it out of our hands and passed on but I was in tears that entire week, felt so helpless and it hurt so bad seeing her hurting. How can this person be so heartless not to do all in her power by giving her to a rescue that will help her. I am so furious right now it makes me ill.

It is illegal, but that doesn't seem to bother her. She's one of the people to whom the "rules" don't apply. Rules are for the rest of us.

I just can't believe this...and she has collected 350.00 since early this morning there were zero donations...if anyone knows Tuck N Tula personally please warn her she has been posting abut Mia and trying to get donations all morning...this sweet little person has no idea what she is passing....

Well if she is on public assistance and we know what name she is using and for sure what county she is drawing under then maybe they will check her out this has to be against all rules of collecting welfare....what she is doing is just wrong and against the law I would think....and I can't believe that vets office knows all she is doing as far as these scams to raise money. Wouldn't that be considered income as far as her welfare status?

I would hope that by now someone has contacted welfare people in her state.

I filled in most of this only to be stopped cold near the end, as I'm not an actual victim of her scam. Someone that donated to her has to file this, and you also need her address and phone number. Seems kind of useless to me! I am going to dig some more, maybe the FBI would be interested, as the Internet crosses state lines;)

No you don't.....just write in the explanation that while you are not actually affected (because you don't fall for scams) you felt that they should know.

Its a bit nieve and extreme to associate the FBI with this issue, however because it is an issue of a possible scan the ICC and HER local police department ahould be aware.

I once had a problem with an Ebay seller and got no relief anywhere...UNTIL I completed that form. I got my money back with a note that I probably would be surprised to get it...haha...no I was not surprised. I complained to any place I could. The ICC was the last one and it worked.
They forward it to the appropriate place if they feel it should be looked at. IF this is a welfare fraud case, they will forward it..and IF it is an IRS case, they will forward it.
Bottom line, nothing beats a failure but a try.

If the vet will take donations directly, she should have been stating that all along! Instead she has set up multiple donation accounts at various websites:confused: I think that she may have avoided a lot of suspicion if she had just asked for any donations to be sent to the vet directly. As a breeder, though, she should really have been prepared for such a medical emergency. I hope that she's having the parents of Mia fixed, as this IS genetic!

the other sites don't indicate payment directly to the vet her youtube page and her fb page most certainly didn't indicate that, she's likely pocketed that cash.

you should go back and read the threads, there was nothing wrong with Mia, apparently she has a son who likes to do stuff to the dogs...
