I wanna know who the hell her vet is, I wonder if she is a registered Kennel and approved by her county as a breeder, other than being a psycho which she obviously is and that doesn't need a licence, she's a massive con artist too. Anyone who even thinks of breeding with her has not done their research, one look at google is enough

I am very sorry for your losses. But want to re-iterate to take very seriously MaggiesMom2007 advice on testing your gal. And did you do a necropsy on the lost pups? You need to know the reason why this happened.

My lissa was 5 lbs and the first pup was 6 0zs and got stuck. Its a lenghtly story.she ended up with one which i tried so hard to get better and when tanisha offered to help i was grieving so much i let her. Never thought she would keep my baby and then say she died and then gave me a dead new born puppy. Wonder what happened to that baby. I will not stop until she owns up to what she did.i am going to fix lissa before her next heat cycle. I will never put her through that again

You've got an opportunity here to get her shut down. Get a court order to have the pup DNA'd, and get your female DNA'd. That can prove that your female is the mother of that pup (unless she has other pups around and does a switch and DNA's one of her own). Then you've got a case for theft and fraud.

After calling police she told them that i relingulished my right to the puppy. Liar. So its her word against mine. I did leave the puppy with her. Should she have gotten a signed paper saying that i gave her the puppy. And where is it ok to give a person another dead puppy

Mistake #3 was calling the police. Write everything down, including dates and times. Then, GO down to the police station in PERSON with a determined but friendly attitude that projects a sense that you know it is your right to file a complaint.

The police should not have accepted her word that you "relinquished your rights" to the puppy. That would have to have been done with actual documents. He saying you gave her your puppy means nothing.

mouser missy, were you active in Tanisha's meetup groups, do you know people that were, do you have any allies there that could help or are there any references to you taking a puppy to her for help on her facebook group page?

I am also confused, did you first say she would not give you the puppy back and that she said told you she would care for it, but now it seems like you are saying that she gave you back a dead puppy saying it was the one you brought to her. What kind of stud agreement did you have with her, was it for pick of the litter or did you pay her, if so how much? did she offer any proof of health testing, or anything

Just happened upon this thread and had an idea. Has anyone turned her into the IRS? I bet you anything she is not claiming this on her taxes... Just a thought :)

I agree....someone needs to get links to all of her fraudulent charity events and make a call to the IRS. If she's living off the government, she's obviously claiming to make very little money.....

Facebook postings of for sale puppies, can and will be tracked back to the actual person; and did you actually report that revenue?

Your Web postings, adverts, searches right now are fair game, I am not even sure if either government needs a warrant to search the Web for a specific person. ......

Cost accounting wise if the ease of the search matched to the likelihood of successful prosecution for tax evasion is favourable, trust me both our beaureaucracies will get on board very fast.

So it could be a very legitimate reporting option for the poster. Check with your IRS local agency to undertand the process of reporting a suspected tax evader.

Why is AKC ignoring her unethical behavior and rewarding her.
 

Doesn't AKC pay any attention to the fact that they are endorsing her unethical behavior and accepting her in their "Kennel" Program. And what happend to the "standards"? She gets special recognition from them. We need to all contact AKC with our information in unison. This website is arrogant and openly unethical. Check it out...

I really don't think Betty Anne Durrer would appreciate this unethical breeder mentioning her name on her site. Anyone out there know Betty Anne personally, perhaps you'd care to let her know

From the website: "We are a small in home professional breeder of quality, tiny, beautiful AKC champion Yorkies."

Has she really bred a dog that was championed? I really doubt it. If she hasn't, that statement is fraudulent. But based on what we've seen out of her, that's par for the course.

I can't believe this "breeder" is still out there. She needs to crawl back under her rock.

If it is from the home page, she is only saying Champion lines, quoting a whole lot of well known lines, anyone one of those lines might be -3-4 or 5 generations back. And she could be factually accurate, only pedigree examination would tell if that is true or not.

If I am reading her website correctly, she has AKC championed males for sires, although I didn't see the pedigrees and Ch's for the females.

So if it is factually correctly she is breeding championed males, but not to championed females as far as I could tell looking at what she posted as her breeding females. One place she says from "champion" lines and another place she says from AKC champions....

So if she is savvy enough, she might just skirt the truth enough, not to be at risk for false advertising.

She has a group on Facebook called "dog breeding and whelping guidance" with 1,000 rules, she allows BYB posts, and when she is called out for giving false information (dosages, ect.) she immediately BANS that person! I joined the group as a breeder who is always wanting to learn new things and information (rottweilers) and the opportunity came for me to be a "moderator" for her group. She at first seemed like a saint, claiming all these threads, ripoff , and even FB groups for buyer bewares were nothing but lies. After a week (yes that's right ONE week) of being there and seeing how she twists and manipulates everyone and beggs them to post good things about her. I kindly told her I was no longer interested in being a moderator. A few days later she made a post about "link" sharing for websites, I told her I would exchange if she knew any ETHICAL breeders, I would NOT help promote a BYB!! She sends me the link to her "good friend" Tiny Yorkie Kisses. Upon looking at this site, I see this woman is selling a Micro Mini T Cup Yorkie for $6,000!!! I asked Tanisha why she sent me a link to such a "breeder", her response was " this is free advertising for all, it really shouldn't matter as long as your being promoted" She has since blocked me from her group, her FB, as well as her other "moderators" who still think she is mighty. I seriously hope that people run as far and as fast as they can away from her! This is absolutely horrific! :thumbdown

It's always refreshing to read that there are breeders like you who are ethical and where money isn't the bottom line. The good news is Tanisha in her own way is helping! She is compiling a great list of breeders to stay the hell away from!

Her list is growing by the day! When you buy a quality pup/dog you are investing in that breeder as well and when you look up a breeder and see nothing but negative posts & rip off reports you hope to God you don't trip and you sprint away!

She looks just like the Silkie my family had when I was a little girl. She looks like a doll! Just so cute :)
