As for Kelli Collier that nutjob has been back here several times. Maybe she is back on some good meds that she could pass along to Tanisha too. Could you repost your links. :) |
I keep coming back to this thread hoping for some good news. I don't know what the heck is wrong with me. |

I posted the YT link to this thread on the Sti site (the one you linked on here) so people reviewing it there can make a decision on the breeder based on a full spectrum view of them...yes on that site it makes you leave a comment as you on your FB profile; thus my comment about KC and what all happened when I friended her kennel to review them to consider a pup...oh the drama. |

Well that didn't take long........ |

Court Records - 12th Judicial District Court www.d12.com Just enter Trine or Breton and see what comes up. :eyeballpc Then go here and enter as a GUEST and look again! https://counties2.recordfusion.com/c...tyname=Jackson Anyone else notice how there is NO MENTION or pictures of Mylie since she gave birth? I can't stop thinking about her. :cry8: |
She's a little busy body, to say the least. Poor Miley, I keep thinking about her, too. Very, very sad. :( |

Since that Breton is her ex (same name in both the civil custody cases and the other cases), I wonder who the husband is that didn't feel the water break. And why would she keep the surname of her ex when she remarried? Maybe they got back together. I also seem to remember, but could be wrong, that she claimed to be 24 on her facebook page, but the court records (which are hers, no doubt at all) show her age as 32. Poor Miley, and I feel so sorry for her son, too. |

BTW~her breeding business partner is Amber Fox :thumbdownhttps://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000069335997 |
Oh yes it is her ex. If you do a search in the court records for Tanisha and look at the last record (072863LT LT 12), when you click to get to the details it shows both of their names. Also, when you look at the 2 cases in her records for child support (the first one on her list is one -- 06001772 DM 38) the exact same case number shows up on his list (Jesse). ETA: Oh, never mind, I see what you mean. You mean they are not estranged. |
We may not like her breeding practices, but searching her court records and investigating her every move is, IMO, way over the top. |
I am really impressed with how buyers are becoming empowered. With the advent of transactions over the internet, paypal buttons, flashy graphics and a whole ton of babble, it is so easy for buyers to be lured in to thinking they are buying a quality yorkie. I think buyers should use whatever tools they want to assess the breeder with whom they are seeking to do business. I know that an individual forcing breeding upon tiny dogs that are poor representations of breed while having a history of multiple incidents of fraud charges, along with posts on open forums asking how to commit fraud against yorkie buyers, and posts on open forums on how to commit fraud against the state welfare system, would make me run, not walk, in the other direction. |
We know she breeds two pound females. Isn't that enough without invading her privacy to this extent? Plus no ome here is seekimg to do busimess with her at this point. We're just being unnecssarily nosey. This is my opinion only. She contacted me personally at one point to purchase one of my puppies if it was going to be very small. I told her no and that was the end of it. |
That raises an interesting question: Is looking at published and publicly available information an invasion of privacy? If it were intended to be private, would it be placed on the internet by authorities in a searchable format, not requiring any special approval to access -- accounts, passwords, etc? This type of information is available on all of us, if we have breached the law in any way. When you cross the line, break the law, and are caught (even for a traffic ticket), then you leave your privacy behind cross into the public realm, because it requires a public resources (that we all pay for) and a public response. Also, keep in mind that when she wanted to find out how to do an end run around public assistance rules (commit welfare fraud), get advice on a shoplifting charge, and find out how to fraudulently register puppies with the AKC, SHE is the one that posted those things on public forums for ALL the world to see. So is it nosy? Yes. An invasion of privacy? No. |

These records were also public way before the internet. It just took more work to get the information. The internet has only made it more accessible. I am 100% okay with looking things up on people that is publicly available. |

It was all fun when she was involved with plastering other people's private information including home addresses, real names, phone numbers, emails and even personal pictures that were stolen and posted on a FACEBOOK page created specifically to attack members of Yorkietalk. What she was involved with was so vile it was removed PERMANENTLY from Facebook which is a pretty hard to stooping to that level. So now it's not fair when the tables are turned and with her one written and posted words she is exposed? |

I would agree with you if it wasn't for the fact that I don't think a lot of people understand how crucial that is. Breeding is an extremely complex process that I definitely don't understand, and can be overwhelming for a new potential buyer. This woman can say whatever she wants to a new buyer and as long as it sounds good, it's okay for the buyer to blindly believe anything that she says, because ultimately in some sense she is an authority because she is a breeder, and will be more knowledgeable on the subject then someone whose buying a full-bred dog for the first time. Character is very important, and it has been shown as previous posters have stated, that she is a liar and a cheat. Now, let's say as a buyer all I know is (because I was too irresponsible to read up on good breeding practices) is that I am getting into contract with a woman who is time and time again disregarding the law and our system of Government, and using shortcuts to get what she wants at the expense of others...is this someone I really want to sign a contract with? I think people might think twice. Again, I understand what you are saying, but you need to understand that she used her full name to post in a public forum legal advice regarding shoplifting and welfare fraud for anyone who just googled her named to find. And although all of us here are a little smarter than to buy a dog from her, and new owners should be more responsible about who they buy their dog from, I think if that there is anything we could do to shut her down and stop her from continuing to put precious dogs in danger, then we should. Sorry for the rant. :) |
Agreed. Aside from the public records issue, what someone posts about themselves on public forums is fair game. It's pretty hard to reconcile someone claiming they want to be known as a reputable breeder while simultaneously asking for help committing fraud. Caveat emptor, people. When someone is trying to show you who they REALLY are, believe them. |
Oh please, how do you know that no one here is seeking to do business with her? She has active ads to sell her puppy all over the internet and there are new YT members every day that seek to find a reputable breeder by surfing the internet. Every day we see people who are fleeced by the likes of breeders with a good marketing package and pretty graphics. We should encourage investigation into a breeder not try to chill people from doing so. |

:goodpost: That's the joy of the internet nothing is private. In fact, Facebook and Myspace was a God send when I was doing bill collecting because people were so stupid with what they posted. Honestly, you can find anything on the internet, like the latter posts have said. So whether it's looking for a breeder, babysitter, or whatever use this public knowledge to your advantage. Sadly, as we all know, there isn't any laws with regards to what lovely white trash Tanisha is doing, so I can see where snooping into her not-so-personal life and making it even more out in the open is a good idea. Especially is the woman is trying to defraud the system with regards gonvernment assistance. But honestly though, if a puppy buyer isn't smart enough to google her name and see the laundry list of negative hits that not only invlove her breeding practices but her legal issues as well, then that person hoenstly deserves all the trouble they get. Sadly though, the trouble may come at the cost of a helpless little fur baby. Irony is a Bi*ch... |
It is simply my opinion that enough is enough whether it has to do with this person or with those who started the FB page lambasting YT. I think we all know what is going on at this point without kicking a dead horse that's all. As far as the comment about seeking to do business with her I was referring to the people on this thread who have gotten the message at this point. i didn't know her from Adam when she contacted me about my puppy but it wasn't hard to figure it out. I don't want to argue about anything, just my opinion. |

As a breeder, you clearly have an advantage over the typical buyer who knows nothing or little about seeking a good breeder. The average buyer just wants a nice healthy yorkie, though, and they do not understand all the features of a yorkie that make it a good representation of the breed. And a breeder who is breeding far outside the YTCA set standard but claiming they are bettering the breed is fleecing the public. Don't you, as a breeder, want to help educate people on the right way to buy a yorkie?????? |
