I read this thread hoping for good news. I am so very sorry for your situation. I had a thought try checking out this websitehttp://www.petharbor.com/ . There are listing for lost and found dogs in the animal shelters. I would check off all the shelters because you have no idea how far he has traveled. I would also check pennysaver and all the rescues in the area and let them know about your situation. I see you are checking CL already. I wish you luck and pray that your dog is home in your loving arms very soon. |
Hi everyone. I was out all day yesterday so couldn't read the posts or respond. I still have this little guy here. I am going to the shelter today to register him as found. I feel bad but simply could not get down there to do it until today. He is def. getting more comfortable and has quite a personality. I have kept my eye open for fliers and etc... but nothing. He went with me to but some REALLY BIG florescent flyers up spread up throughout the neighborhood. I can tell by the way he behaves in the car that he's use to car rides. And when I pull out the leash he practically does a dance on his hinde legs while standing. haha.. its funny. He can hold his self standing for quite a while when he's excited. Someone must be missing him. He has become comfortable around me and follows me everywhere. I can't wait to make someones day when I get to return him. You know some people don't make flyers because they think it's a waist of time. Ive had ppl tell me that before. If I seen a flyer for him I would call. |

Keeping my fingers crossed, I hope you found him, and I'm sure someone is missing their baby and will be so grateful that you've taken such great care of them. |

I hope they come looking soon. He seems to be getting pretty attached to me really quick. I have done what i can as far as flyers, letting the shelter know, craigslist, etc.... but nothing. He is such a good little doggy... It amazes me how good he is sometimes. Benjamin would be obnoxious just for the heck of it sometimes LOL.. This little guy is pretty easy. But i'll admit that his quick attachment to me scares me a little. (I hope that doesn't sound strange or mean). But it does. I am expecting to see him looking like he feels out of place or a little sad or depressed for his owners, but he just seems like he's happy as long as I am around. He watches my every move. I'm probably just a little harder of a shell right now than usual after all the stress and everything that came with benjamin's vanishing act. I'm still taking good care of him and hoping his owners find their way to me soon. You know what it probably is,.... he knows that I rescued him and he's thankful in whatever way dogs are thankful... !! haha. He really is the sweetest little thing. Im sure he's missed by someone too... Well, I guess i'll be seeing about adopting that "2 year old yorkie" today. I can't wait!! I've been wanting a new yorkie for so long. !! :D (JOKING) There have been so many people calling and emailing me with any information that may have to help me in this search. People from craigslist, people who seen my posters, you wonderful people on here and just people who found out about it and want to help. Even if its just to ask if I found him yet or to tell me their praying for me and Benjamin or even just they over heard at the vet someone say their yorkie was a stray to the receptionist......... etc..... What ever it may be, its is so comforting to know that there are a lot of people out there, that I don't even know even, that have an eye open for Benjamin and who want to help bring him home! :2hearts2::2hearts2::2hearts2::2hearts2::2hearts2: :2hearts2::2hearts2: |
Christinee- I emailed her pretending I was looking for a yorkie and asked to see pictures. If she responds, I'll post them. |
Any news yet Christinee? I haven't gotten an email response to my picture request from her. Hoping you've found your little boy. |
Wanted to stop in to see if there were any updates and to tell you that we are still praying for you. |
No news yet?? |
I am so sorry for you. I hope he is found and returned safely to you. Some people aren't worth the air they breathe. Lots of prayers. |
No. Nothing at all. I've been following all leads, but nothing. I still have that silky too. ?? |

You know, I'm not sure yet. Hopefully the owners will show up. That is a possibility. I feel bad because I can tell he has attached himself to me. |
