| ![]() Wow, no news. They say no news is good news. Time will tell. Those of you who did get free pups, that was amazing. You never know I guess. I hope it's on the up and up this time too. |

When we moved we rehomed Maddie - a small, purebred yorkie - for free. In desperate times people care less about getting money than they do getting their dogs to a good home. Can't wait to hear what happened. Hopefully she's just so busy playing with her new pups she hasn't had time to get on. ![]()

| ![]() My Little chucky was given to me from a girl I met online, she bought the puppies not knowing the responsibility involved with caring for 2 yorkies, She posted and add and I myself thouht it was a fake aswell until she told me if you come pick them up right now you can have them for free, I was unemployed at the time and so broke! lol I rushed over there and well it was true she had offer me both but decided to give the female to her best friend, that was ok with me because I still got my little boy, I was so excited that was about 3 years ago, we are still in contact she always mentions that she was happy that she gave them to people who really cared for them... Well back to the story... Please be careful and well keep us posted! ![]() |

One month later for my B-Day she tricked me to go see some puppies she was thinking of getting one and wanted me to help her pick one and turned out to be for me...lol 2 months later she got a replacement for one of the sick one that died, but 2 months later she had to move but had too many doggies 3 yorkies 2 german shapers so I was only going to look after the lil one for a while but I fell in love w/him and made an offer getting turned down but I just wanted her to know in case things changed. One month later she call asking if I still wanted lil Bear I said YES and she said you can have him I will not be able to give him the attention he needs being so lil because I'm having a baby ![]() Good Luck I hope all goes well.

| ![]() I have a good customer that comes in all the time. She is elderly and her husband passed away last year, and the yorkie was mostly her DH's dog, so the sight of the little baby was too much for her. She told me she was looking for a new home for him but was too distraught to really look for a good family. i asked her how much she was asking for him, and she said nothing, just to a good home. I offered to foster him until I found a family for him since I am familiar with lots of families in this area. We had him for about a month until we found a family with two daughters who were on summer break from college, perfect time for him to get acquainted with them and he would be the only dog. They love him, and he is the "king of the block" now! So getting a free yorkie is not that uncommon, if you get them as adults. But as pups i would think there is much more risk involved. Maybe we haven't heard back from OP yet b/c she is still out at the people home? Hope everything is ok!

| ![]() So many people want feel good stories that they don't always think of possible dangers in encouraging dangerous behaviors. Sure, there are free yorkies out there, but, I can guarantee you there are more free yorkie scams than there are actual free yorkies Just google "free yorkies" and see what you get....then google "free yorkie scam" and see what you get there. Read them well! I hope all is ok with the OP whether she gets a yorkie or two or not.
