It's not too unheard of. When we moved we rehomed Maddie - a small, purebred yorkie - for free. In desperate times people care less about getting money than they do getting their dogs to a good home.

I agree, there are so many free Yorkies out there. Things happen and they have to rehome them, I have seen a lot of free Yorkies.
I cant wait to hear an update on this.
