I totally agree with Dee. That is very responsible. I think she is doing the best for the puppy and the person wanting him. If he is ill for any reason Dee can handle it much better. I would not sell Kayla as she stayed tiny and I spent well over 500.00 making sure they was no problems. She turned out fine but I was alos just being careful. I did keep her as I got attached and she bonded with me. She is now 4.6 lbs but it took awhile to get there. Dee I would buy from you anytime!

| thanks for all your support guys. i am glad Julie now understands. I will let the little guy go when he reachess 2lbs and I KNOW he is a healthy two pounds. I am not really used to having tinies but the last two or three litters have had one. I certainly don't breed for them. Both parents of this litter are over five pounds. I just didn't think it fair to Julie to keep her hanging on in hopes of getting this puppy because she might find something else close to us that she likes and not have to wait so long. This pup might not be ready for MONTHS. I wish Julie all the best. |

| I was the opposite as you Julie , thats why I was curious about why you wanted a little boy. I have always wanted girl dogs because I thought they were cuddlier and easier to train.. When I was asked if I wanted to rescue a 16 month old Yorkie it never even crossed my mind to ask what the sex was.I was so excited to get a yorkie it didnt matter to me .. Then I got HIM and he is the sweetest little guy ever.. He is a little teapot weighing in at 9 lbs. The only thing about him is that I did have training issues for a while.. I think hes finally figured things out. Hes been left out of his crate while im at work for the last few days and hes doing great !! So I really do think they can be more difficult in the training .. He was nuetered really young so I dont think that was a factor in it.. |

| I'm glad that everything is understood now. I just wanted to add that reading the OP the first thing that popped into my mind, not even knowing the breeder was a decent breeder was that she/he would probably be hanging on to that tiny baby for a long time before letting him go, if ever. From being on here and doing a bunch of reading about being a reputable reader I've learned that this is what a good breeder will do if they end up with a tiny baby like that. Believe me I almost ended up with a tiny tiny Biewer that would have lead to nothing but heartache for me and was gently educated on why I was making the wrong decision and why it wouldn't have beena bad idea to lose my $500 deposit. If the breeder I had been dealing with had been reputable, or even decent I never ever would have been offered that tiny baby girl, nor would she have ever accepted a deposit on such a young baby. Anyway, Julie please don't lose hope you will find your little yorkie boy. Maybe Dee would possibly know of another breeder who might have a little boy for you now even?
