I was the opposite as you Julie , thats why I was curious about why you wanted a little boy. I have always wanted girl dogs because I thought they were cuddlier and easier to train.. When I was asked if I wanted to rescue a 16 month old Yorkie it never even crossed my mind to ask what the sex was.I was so excited to get a yorkie it didnt matter to me .. Then I got HIM and he is the sweetest little guy ever.. He is a little teapot weighing in at 9 lbs. The only thing about him is that I did have training issues for a while.. I think hes finally figured things out. Hes been left out of his crate while im at work for the last few days and hes doing great !! So I really do think they can be more difficult in the training .. He was nuetered really young so I dont think that was a factor in it..
