| I do. They wear them all the time except for baths. They are used to wearing them so it's not an issue.

| Mine barely know what a collar is. I have the choke chains with fabric (not for choking them out) These are easy to slip on and off for walks. But we rarely go on walks because we have 4 acres and a big mountain of roaming land behind.

| My two have collars on all the time except brushing, bathing and sleeping. I also added the fastags (the one that you can write anything on and then put to bake and it will shrink to a certain size) on the collar. I put my baby's name, my name, my phone, AVID # and the ID# on the tag.

| My little Shadow Donating YT Member | I love for Bella to wear her collar, but I had so many problems finding one that I was comfortable with for safety. I have to warn that when she was younger, she got the collar hung in her mouth while trying to bite it. Thank God, I was near & saw her. I could not release it & she wanted it off and was squirming. I had to cut it. Another one I tried: she loved to lie over the air vent and her heart tag got caught in the opening. Again, Thank God we were close by. Just please be careful especially if you plan to leave on all the time. The cat collars with quick release sound like a good idea.

No do not leave a collar on when in a pen, as the tags can get caught and choke the dog to death. Izzy does not wear one unless we go somewhere...

| I stopped using collars unless mine go to the groomers, vets ..etc. I've had a few to get the collars hung in their mouths. How they did it I don't know, because the collars were not to loose. Very scary trying to get it off with one freaking out. |

I ended up ordering breakaway collars with ID tags on them from Boomerang. Breakaway collars will do just that if the dog gets hung up on something. They are usually intended for cats, but will work for dogs too.

We have a breakaway one for my cat, but he doesn't wear it, he fusses too much with it. I'm not planning on using a collar for walks other than for identification. We have a great harness for her. We had problems with a collapsing the trachea with Kylie. She was our 9 week old we got and then returned to the breeder, it was a heart breaker, but I worked full time and was scared for her. She was really sick too. So now I'm adopting yorkiegirl2's Izzy! And I can't wait!

Just incase they get loose while being out away from the house. I make my own harness vests for them to wear if we plan to do any walking... ![]() We are pretty much homebodies, mine mainly just play in our big fenced in backyard.

| I don't leave collars on mine because Jake almost choked on his once when he tried to take it off. It scared me to death, so I never leave my boys' collars on when we are at home, unless we are outside. I always put them on when we take them somewhere so that they have ID. But, I use a harness vest for their leashes. Jackson would probably be okay with one on, as he is a little bigger at 6 1/2 lbs. Jake is very tiny, so I'm afraid to leave it on. The way they play and romp around, I can see where one could easily get hurt, so I just don't take the chance.

| Abbey hates her collar so she rarely wears it. I have it on her now bc I am trying to get her to get used to it. I keep it on her bc (God forbid) if she got out, I would want her to be wearing a collar with tags if someone found her.
