It is heartbreaking, I hope that an owner that needs help not only search in one resource. There are plenty of resources out there and hopefully if they aren't able to find the help there looking for in YT they find it elsewhere. Even thought we might not hear a happy ending with this story I'm still hopefull there will be one.


YT might be controversial but even with so many different point of views, many here are willing to lend a hand. For those who tried to rescue Mindy, Thank you.

I've been stalked online, seen others stalked online, seen threats of lawsuits, been on the receiving end of threats and actually seen some real lawsuits take place. Have seen long time, respected members exposed as horrible breeders, have seen admissions of animal cruelty, a member who had people online panicked as she threatened to kill herself. And just about anything else you can imagine. So have loads of other long time members here.

So please, do NOT fool yourself into thinking you hold all the answers and that you are going to come here and "teach" anyone a darn thing about how "things should be" and don't flatter yourself into thinking that your antics impress anyone. The ONLY person you are fooling is yourself.

Rescues have a lot of support on YT. We all support each other and we all step up whenever needed. I think that just about ever rescue that comes to the YT boards would do whatever we could to help out the others. None of us are looking for pats on the back but at the same time we do not appreciate slaps in the face either.

I'm just catching up on all of this too. Most if not all of this was being handled and IMHO pretty well. There is just a lot of frustration that good intentions were turned into something totally the opposite.

Even after all of what has been said and done I would still be willing to help Mindy. Call me crazy but really it IS all about the dogs and nothing else.

I guess back to your original question of a joint force, it seems that when something is happening sometimes immediate action is needed. I've sent more PM offering to help them pretty much anyone knows about. Whether is it dealing with training or serious rescue issues. I'm always willing to help. :)

I was asked in a while ago to help and I continued right up to the games got going.

What I am after in this post is do we form a joint YT group of rescues to do a one voice here is what can be offered. We hold a quick chat meeting and see who is where and what we can put on the table or help as and when a dog comes up and go from there with one voice.

That is the reason I posted this thread and any finger point back stabbing crude can stop.... BACK to rescue work.

What I believe you are not understanding is that we cannot stop the non rescuers from doing what they do behind the scenes. Oh...and I do NOT mean that all people who are not rescuers have no clue. I did not lose sleep over it because I know the truth.. .... the problem is not what they think of ME...it is the weird things they are saying BEHIND THE SCENES and they DO sabotage rescuers in doing this. If you can find a way to stop that, we would have no issues. It will not stop until these people stop and I don't see that happening. Not exactly sure what their needs are, but they must be trying to fulfill them here at the pups' expense. Just very disturbing.

Although my offered got pulled there are still many others that are willing and able and the other options would fill the need better.

When someone starts quoting that shipping a dog will cost 300 dollars and I know very well I can ship 5 for that and have something tells me something is very wrong. I work with show dogs and ship for shows when it is safe to do so for heat or cold or distance.

All I needed was straight answers and I could have sent a car to get that girl and drive her here to me. I can do home to her in 18 hours as I have and if that was what needed to happen I would have but first I want honest replies to questions asked.

I do not have the time to play games nor am I willing. I have at anyone time anywhere from 1 to 15 dogs under foot and requests for help.. no that is not rescue dogs but for this girl for the time she needed help she have had a nice home.

Having work through my girls tough times and keep a big guy from being put down and working with him until he got a nice home and his CGN, I thought I had the skill set and the time to help.
Offer honest made and one I will make again to help a dog work through its concerns until it can find its own forever family.

Go to PMs and not let them know that rescue is trying to help. I honestly think some people cruise these boards looking for a problem and looking to bash the rescuers. Not kidding when I say this. It has happened SO many times.

Maybe we could just all agree not to make any of it public from here on out. That might be a good plan. A royal PIA but if it saves a pup it is all worth it. The attention seekers will not have a public arena then.
