Thanks Melissa. I have delivered about 10 litters, but only had 2 problems, and ran to the vet both times. I'm here for another hour or so and will help where I can. But I really think she needs to see the vet. Any vet at this point.

Hmm..I went back and looked at those pics of the "bulge". My gut instincts tells me something is wrong here. Looking at your pics...the bulge sticks out as far as her tail!! I have seen that bulge many times...right before a puppy was born!!

Add to the fact that you had said earlier that she had hard core panting and digging around the same time...I may be wrong...and I hope I am...but I really think this girl needs to see a vet.

no...no panting. just digging. and what freaks me out is ive spent around 700 on vet care. im tapped out. and if she needs a csec theres only one vet i know who isnt anal about money up front...the same vet ive been using. i dont have the money for an emergency vet who wants money up front. trust me im torn.

I have been reading this thread and your pictures of her really freak me out and make me worry. I think she needs to get to a vet ASAP if she is not contracting. It looks like there is a puppy up in the birth canal. Has she had any contractions at ALL? Something just doesn't seem right. Can you feel anything hard in the area that is bulging?

I would call around and talk to some... I think if you take a dog into the vet in distress they will not turn you away because you can't pay right then. Only thing they can do is hold the dog until you pay and that would better than not going at all and losing her.

I just read this post this morning. I hope that all is well. However, if you are afraid about money at this point, a lot of vets accept carecredit around here. You can apply for it online. Go to www.carecredit.com and apply. Then you can also find vets that accept there online as well. I pray that everything goes well.
