Little boys are neat, but I get to keep any girls Yahtzee might have (from this litter), so I'm hoping for 2 girls! |
Sandy, I'm crossing my fingers for you!!! I am going to do everything in my power not to keep any because I am starting back to school this summer and hoping to get into the nursing program in Jan. So, I will not have time to keep another one. I know it will be extremely hard once she brings the little bundles into this world and I care for them for that long...I cannot imagine! |
Oh yes.... these girls can be very sneaky sometimes. D'Lynn is a good whelper. She didn't need my help and let me know. When she had the last 2, I wasn't in the room for either one. The first one I had stepped out to potty. Came back and there it was. The last one, same thing... I stepped out to grab my cup of coffee and came back to it being there. Some girls are big on drama when they deliver and others choose to be descreet. You wouldn't have even known she was having puppies if you hadn't of heard them crying! They are all doing well. Nursing beautifully and strong. |

What a beautiful puppy pile. I'm so in love with puppies too. Aren't we lucky we get to live this little life with them. Just as sweet as can be. |

Hey! I am hoping that Fancy with do this also!!! Her temp is staying between 99.1 and 99.5. She will not eat! We are heading out in about 30 min. to petco to get everythign I will need. I know it won't be long, but then again it could be a week...who knows! Congrats on the new babies!!!! |
Thanks for the congrats! I honestly prefer a more hands on approach. Atleast let me be there! On the other hand, it's also a relief to know that she did so well on her own. |

I just listened to Tara's stomach and heard 2 definate hearbeats that I am 99% sure are girls. I know there are more than 2 because you can feel them, but thats all I can hear right now. We have an xray scheduled for monday. :p |
Ruby had a sonogram that showed three beating hearts and one wiggling puppy with no heart...but obviously it DID have a heart or it wouldn't wiggle. Then it turned out there were three more in there we couldn't see. It is comforting when you can start identifying them and feel them wiggling around. I love to see their little hearts beating on the sonogram. Good luck, puppies are Awesome! |
