Rose is 48 days today(if the first tie took). When should I start seeing movement? She goes for xray saturday.

Fancy is doing okay. Thanks for asking! She is very restless, very loose stools, urinating every 2 min., lots of discharge. She is still eating a little...she just ate scambled eggs this moring for breakfast. She is being EXTRA moody. She charged my son last night twice...I really hope this happens very soon!!! Oh, and her temp yesterday was 98.8 and then last night it went back up to 100.2 and and this morning it was 99.9. She hasn't been panting anymore and she hasn't been nesting that much either.

Getting chunkier everyday. Theyrr 3 1/2 weeks now... Climbing out of their whelping box and the little boy has started barking if he hears you in the room and your not paying attention to him. :rolleyes:

The temperature thing works for Yahtzee, but never worked for Fancee. Sounds like Fancy will stretch out until the weekend. Gotta stay on your toes! I hope Yahtzee has weekend pups!

Well here is Skittles after her bath. I shaved her belly down. She really didnt have much hair and the hair she did have was very fine. Was gonna get a pic of the expecting dad but he was nowhere to be found, go figure huh! So maybe tomorrow after I give him a bath! ;) Oh and today is day 54 for Skittles! I will probably have her xrayed next week. Right now my guess is 3 from what I could feel last night.

She looks right on schedule. they are still pretty high, so probably not an early delivery. three or four tiny is my guess.

I don't expect them to be very big pups myself. And yea they are still in her ribs. I could see that clearly when I was bathing her and even when I rub her belly. I'm totally fine with a not early delivery! =) thanks

Beautiful belly pics!!! Girls I had to order a new computer because I was sick of it shutting down on me every 5 min. and I could not load pics and my comp came today!!!!!!!!!! When hubby gets home he is going to hook up the modem to my comp and I am going to load pics tonight!!! It will be after supper, but I cant wait to load them!! I have them already on my new comp...so all I need is the internet and yall will see them!! Fancy got her last bath today and boy does she smell so good!

Awww Can't wait to see the pictures. I love the smell of freshly shampooed dog. They are so soft and sweet. Yeah for the new computer too.

Hey girls!!! Here are two pics of her..I think they were taken about a week ago, so she has definately changed since then. Since I have this wonderful new computer, I will probably post some more tomorrow. So what are your guesses...how many do you think she is having?

What a sweetie. I'm going to guess 3 with an outside chance there are 4 tiny babies. Does she have milk already? She looks ready, but still high.

Looks like you better get ready...looks like pups are coming any day now!!! Me and DH think 5....my mom thinks 7. I guess we will see...I hope sooner than later...I'm starting to get impatient!!

We are taking Priness for X-Rays tomorrow morning. I am praying she doesn't have too many babies, she looks HUGE! She has always delivered 4 successfully, and I am hoping and praying for a repeat. I hate this waiting game, it is so stressful!

So when is Priness due to whelp. Lacey Bug has an appt today for her x-rays. She is huge also :rolleyes:. Her whelp date is the 20th if she took from her first tie.

Yes it is. So I dont have a norm to follow. Today is her 57th day. I was looking at her this morning and it looks like the pups are moving down from under her ribs. And the pups are not as active as they have been.

A total of three ties. March 18, 20 and the 22nd. Does the amount of ties determine the amount of babies. I was told no. But when My Littlemiss had 5 pups they tied 4 times and when she tied just 2 times the next time she had only two pups. What is your thoughts on this?

We could start some stats on number of ties related to number of puppies, but I've heard of one tie throwing five pups. Yahtzee only mated three times this pregnancy. I believe it only affects the maturity of the pup. Pups from the first mating are that much older tham pups from the last mating.
