I really hope your comment wasn't geared towards me...I have been very patient about all of this and I'm running out of ways to contact her. She doesn't have to be "Wal Mart" to answer a question that a customer sent over a month ago.

Normally when someone says LOL They are speaking hypothetically or sarcastically. I think she's doing her best in the time this is all been happening and she's a very truthful person. If your in due of a refund she will give it to you. And yes i did need to go to Wal-Mart.

I also mentioned Walmart because they tend to give you full price for something that was on sale if you return it.

To me, your comment sounded like you were implying that I'm being very impatient and expecting too much from her. I don't think I'm expecting too much by asking her to contact me, after I've tried to contact her over a month ago. I understand that with her big sale, she was swamped with orders to process, and I didn't complain whatsoever about the wait time for my order. All I ask is that I get the refund that I'm owed, and I don't think it should take 6+ weeks to respond to a simple email. I wouldn't even mind if she emailed me back just to say my refund is on the way or that she got my email, but the fact that I haven't heard anything from her, but yet I've seen her online on YT, makes me wonder what's taking so long.

I've never heard of it.......but anyway.....she has every right to be curious about a refund that is several months in the making....nothing wrong with that....no matter who the person or seller is...we would all be wondering about the refund too, if it were us! Let's be civil people!

Have you heard anything yet? I know Kat was busy with court "stuff" and the holiday rush is on too.........but I know it will be taken care of soon!
How much are the phone charges if you call from Canada?

Nothing yet I know she's going through a lot right now and I don't mean to come off as impatient or anything. I just worry that amongst all the craziness, it might get lost or forgot about. I'm not sure how much it costs exactly to call to the US, but I don't want to rack up my family's already expensive long distance phone bills. I've called some people in the US before about certain things, and some of them wouldn't stop talking and I ended up being on the phone for a lot longer than I wanted to If it was a big refund that she owed me, I would try to phone her, but since it is a small one, I don't want the phone bill to cost more than what she owes me lol.

T Doll, you definitely have cause to be concerned ... business is business ... have you heard anything yet? Or get your refund? ... if she has time to be on line here, she surely can go to PayPal and do a refund ...good luck ..

Thao, I am so sorry that you believed you were not refunded this whole time! I did recieve your emails but with the depression that I've been dealing with I've not responded to many nor have I responded to many phone calls. That is no excuse however. I knew the refund had been sent, and I figured you would see it and things would be fine....

If you'd like to go to Pay pal you can look up the refund for your self. it was given on 10-23-07 the day before your package was shipped. your oder was short one bottle of Mango shampoo and since you used the 50% off coupon you were refunded $3.50.

I also upgraded your shipping from First class to canada to Internation Priority to Canada Because I wanted to be sure your package arrived safely.

Again I am very sorry that you have spent all of this time thinking that I shorted you. I never would do this to any of my customers.... My shipping may be selayed lately due to my time in court and the issues going on, but I try to keep mu customers as happy as I can!

Kathryn, thank you for getting back to me. I've heard about your situation and my heart goes to you. I didn't mean to suggest that you were intentionally avoiding me...I was just worried that my emails and messages got lost in the whole shuffle of things. Anyway, I went to look at my paypal and I did not find the refund at all. When I received the package and noticed that you wrote "refund" on it, I went to check my paypal and nothing was there. I can try and send you a screen shot of my paypal record. It wasn't a big amount of money so I wasn't that freaked out, but I had wanted to order some more stuff from your site and thought maybe I could use it as a credit towards the purchase. I wanted to get some hair bands from your site, but I have recently bought some locally since I didn't hear back from you. Does it show up on your paypal that the refund was issued? I've looked through all of my transactions and it isn't there at all

Did you pay via credit card through Paypal?? if so it would take a cycle to show up on your credtt card statement.....


I am going to contact paypal about this transaction as it clearly shows up on my end.... I can send you a screen shot as well its right there.

There are many screens on Pay pal, when i pull up my normal screen it does not show your transaction however when I pull up the refunds page I get all the refunds I've given, I can evn pull up a page that show all the momies I paid out in shipping! lol Here is a snippit of my refunds page, I highlighted your refund.
