If you'd like to go to Pay pal you can look up the refund for your self. it was given on 10-23-07 the day before your package was shipped. your oder was short one bottle of Mango shampoo and since you used the 50% off coupon you were refunded $3.50.
I also upgraded your shipping from First class to canada to Internation Priority to Canada Because I wanted to be sure your package arrived safely.
Again I am very sorry that you have spent all of this time thinking that I shorted you. I never would do this to any of my customers.... My shipping may be selayed lately due to my time in court and the issues going on, but I try to keep mu customers as happy as I can!
