To me, your comment sounded like you were implying that I'm being very impatient and expecting too much from her. I don't think I'm expecting too much by asking her to contact me, after I've tried to contact her over a month ago. I understand that with her big sale, she was swamped with orders to process, and I didn't complain whatsoever about the wait time for my order. All I ask is that I get the refund that I'm owed, and I don't think it should take 6+ weeks to respond to a simple email. I wouldn't even mind if she emailed me back just to say my refund is on the way or that she got my email, but the fact that I haven't heard
anything from her, but yet I've seen her online on YT, makes me wonder what's taking so long.
