I know she's going through a lot right now and I don't mean to come off as impatient or anything. I just worry that amongst all the craziness, it might get lost or forgot about. I'm not sure how much it costs exactly to call to the US, but I don't want to rack up my family's already expensive long distance phone bills. I've called some people in the US before about certain things, and some of them wouldn't stop talking and I ended up being on the phone for a lot longer than I wanted to
If it was a big refund that she owed me, I would try to phone her, but since it is a small one, I don't want the phone bill to cost more than what she owes me lol.
