Another thing.... I think "about a month" is not a long time when you are talking online orders. There are several of the YT vendors that will take 4-6 weeks and sometimes longer to get their apparell out to you. If we were talking medical supplies and needed them immediately maybe that would not be acceptable, but a dog hoodie ..... we ought to be able to wait a few weeks especially for a really good price. But, that is just my opinion. Everybody has one and mine is no more right or wrong than the next one. But we have probably beat this poor vendor over the head enough. She has said she will send the refund and the OP will have her money NLT the 27th. What more can we ask of her? (except the raising prices part, that is!)

When you ask why you haven't received your order and do not get a reply..a month is a long time. I don't know what "NLT" stands for but the vendor stated that she would send a tracking number and that has NOT been received either...so I don't think the refund has been sent at this point.

Or do you know somethng I don't?

If some are continuously browsing in their local boutiques, then I think they need to occasionally purchase something there. I do agree that they should not be used over and over and then buy somewhere else. But, I doubt most buying from this vendor are really doing that. Most probably see a cute outfit and she has reasonable prices, so they buy it. I just bought some great natural dog treats online here from another member. The price was way less than the boutiques would charge for the same quality and quantity of natural treats along with a squeaky toy. I sure would never complain to her to raise her prices!

I'm thinking the OP would of liked a response to her PMs, if the seller is on here daily but does not respond to you or update your order status I can see the OP start to worry with my understanding. If you have time to post, you can respond to your PMs. I'm not picking sides just trying to understand both sides. I think she is also mad that she was told her money would be refunded on Monday and she has still not received a confirmation number and it is now Saturday.

NLT = no later than

I am going by what she has posted here -- that you will get your refund by that date.

I am sorry this transaction has gotten to this point. Sorry that you are both unhappy. Sometimes if a little patience and understanding is allowed at the beginning things don't take such a nasty turn. Just saying....

I also noticed when the vendor post my comments to her she deletes her insulting comments to me....one sided do you think?

IMO, the future is more important than the past... when things get to this point, everyone feels the need to defend what they did and point out why the other person is wrong. This is natural, and often something WAS done wrong. There seems to be a pretty simple solution to this, though. I hope the OP is refunded her money, the seller is returned her merchandise, and everyone can move on.

Reading this thread there are 2 people upset
One the buyer and One the seller...
Number one rule to selling and buying on the internet is stay in contact with each other on the situation re: funds on the way...funds received... merchandise status... merchandised shipped and merchandise received by the buyer...
Avoidance is tabu in sales...
I buy and sell on Ebay and find this formula works well !
I have also set an amount i am willing to spend and loose if that actually happens thought it has not happened over the years..
Just be honest and forth right and treat people with the same respect you wish to be treated too and you will find that people are understanding...

The merchandise I received was from another order and was paid for in full and is rightfuly mine....the money order in question is in addition to that and the item was NOT recieved nor the refund. Hope this helps you to understand better.

you sound a little confuse with the facts....read how some other vendors would have handled this...btw the first order was a hassel also but at least merchandise was eventually received...I am not unreasonable on timing.

the second order there was "no communication within a reasonable time" on why no shippement was made ( I had also waited 2 weeks before asking where the goods were).....I had PM'ed the vendor several times before looking for her publicly. I will not be on much over the weekend have planned some fun filled things to do with the furbabies...catching up with life....tax season has just ended and working 24/7 is now over......and there is lots to do and people to see...

btw...Monkey Daze is selling the same hoodie for $22 I will be buying it from them...I will probably tell them about my experience with this purchase.

I undertand that you are upset, but the way in which we approach things can affect others reactions. This is what I see from the other threads/posts:

Two weeks is slightly exaggerated. I have waited 10 days for arrival from vendors who had the item 'in stock'. And consider that the calculation of 10 days is stretched considering you immediately pm'd for the item as soon as for sale thread posted.
Something to consider. Pls also consider rules of YT:
12. Members are free to price their goods for whatever they wish, and all members are free to buy or not buy from that seller. Posts questioning the price and posts which are disrespectful to the seller are not allowed.
