Annamalyssa & I started conversing when she bought something from me on my ForSale thread. Since, I have purchased from her & was very much satisfied. Great product & quick turn around with shipping. She is a very nice person and it shows that she enjoys being here @YT & offers a really great deal for those of us who love her products. I very recently just ordered from her again. When I was looking for something in particular, I thought of Annamalyssa because I knew she had been extremely helpful in the past with sizing, & any questions that I had. I did not hesitate to order from her again. Annamalyssa & Gucci always make me smile here @YT!

I re-ordered the item and it was shipped to my old address.

Needless to say, She couldn't understand it was NOT my fault and got very angry so I told Her I would refund her $20. WHICH I WILL DO WITHOUT A PROBLEM.

I am a reputable seller and do not appreciate this at all but I cannot control others actions in any way, shape or form.

Stacy - I am still waiting on MD to get that Skull jumper back in Stock as it was out when I went to re-order the Small .. I think they have Medium but not Small at this time. Another user MIMIMOMO is also waiting on one you can ask her if you'd like. If you go to their site and login and attempt to order the Skull jumper it will tell you it is not in stock to contact the admin or something like that. I can send you a cash refund tomorrow if you no longer want to wait. I have sold to you numerous times Stacy I am sure you know I am not trying to do anything wrong to you. Tina's posts just make people uneasy which I do understand. PM Stacy and we can figure out what to do here.. either another item or a refund is fine either way I am sure we can work it out.

I look forward to hearing from you,
Adrianna

I can assure everyone that Tina is just not willing to understand. Here is a copy of her PM allowing me until April 27th. for the record.

When her Refund is mailed I will report tracking info on this thread for all to see... I hope then that this thread will be closed. I really hate that I even have to come on a Public Forum and explain this as it is unnecessary and to me very inappropriate.

Re: tiara hoodie-refund
SEND MY $20.00 refund TODAY:

you have my mailing information but Iwill give it to you now and if you do not send my $20.00 refund I will take this to the authorities.

I am not sending the hoodie back (unless you provide for postage)...send my $20.00 TODAY!!! I will give you till April 27, 2009 if I do not receive my "money order" by then I will turn this over to the authorities.

Why not just go ahead and send the $20 to keep your good name going on here? That would be my suggestion but your business is your business. Sometimes the way a person goes about asking for something effects what a business owner is willing to do too -- I understand that. Until this I have heard only good things about you. Your "money order only" policy is the only thing that keeps me from jumping on your customer list too. I am looking forward to your website being finished!

Ditto!

I would have just sent the refund when the issue first arisen. then all of this could have been avoided. No one but you two know what happened, what was said, and the time frame of it all. You seem to have a lot of happy customers so just put this discrepancy to rest and move on to better business.

Just to clarify.. I offered the refund and had to wait for her to send me her mailing address in that message above, which was not sent until about a week after I offered the refund. The address and deadline message was sent only 7 days ago. I don't want anyone thinking that message was sent weeks ago or anything because it wasn't.

This will be my last post on this thread as I have done nothing wrong and I feel no need to continue to justify what is a simple misunderstanding with a customer that is unwilling to reason with me.

Please Pm me with any questions you may have I will be glad to answer them promptly as usual.

You're right you really don't owe any of us a justification on this. But it was nice of you to explain it anyway. Seems like you are being more than reasonable.

You may also simply ignore a member you do not get along with. No one is forcing you to be on YorkieTalk. While YorkieTalk is an open public forum where anyone can join, membership is a privilege, not a right.

The moderators here at YorkieTalk do it FOR YOU, as a volunteer position. These moderators have lives outside of YorkieTalk and are committing countless hours to make this a better place for you. Do not take them for granted. They help out due to love for the Yorkie breed. They do not need to be constantly bothered by every little thing. If it is important, PM them. If not, DON'T.

The main priority here at YorkieTalk is our Yorkshire Terrier community. Posts that do not better this community are unwelcome. Before you make a "controversial" post or a post you know that may cause problems, think about what you are writing. Is your post going to be helpful to anyone and is it bettering this communty? If not, then don't post it!

No one wants to read posts about your problems with another member, nor read catty posts. Be nice to one another and respect each other. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it. Whatever happened in the past, happened in the past, let it be. Constructive criticism is fine, but there is a point where it can be downright mean and cruel. Do not cross that line.

If you personally attack another member, your account will be suspended for a period of SEVEN DAYS where you will NOT have access to your YorkieTalk account. You will not be able to PM anyone, post new threads or reply to threads, or go to YorkieTalk chat. If you try to cirumvent this by creating another account to post or reply to messages, we will find out and both accounts will be PERMANENTLY BANNED. Depending on the severity of your actions, a first time offense may lead to a permanent ban. We do not allow discussions of suspensions or bans of any specific member.

If you attack a member again, you will be suspended for a period of TWENTY ONE DAYS. If it happens again after that, you will be PERMANENTLY BANNED FOREVER from YorkieTalk. For more serious offenses, you may be banned from YorkieTalk immediately after a first offense.

If someone attacks you, report it to us, DO NOT RETALIATE, or you may be risking suspension as well.

9. This rule applies to Private Messages and YorkieTalk Chat as well.

If you attack another member in a private message, you may be suspended or banned depending on your actions. YorkieTalk will not tolerate ANY PERSONAL ATTACKS.

If you receive a private message that is an attack, do not delete it and do not respond. Immediately message admin and let us know who sent the attacking message and when they sent it. We will verify the message was indeed sent by that person and appropriate action will be taken if necessary.

Adrianna, I'm sure you are a very nice person. My point was that by accepting either credit cards or paypal you would have avoided this situation entirely. (Both by being capable of giving an instant refund and by not selling an item to two people, which is essentially what happened.) By accepting only money orders you have invited this type of thing to happen. Tina is upset that her money is gone and she is just trying whatever she can to get it back. If I needed my customer's information I would look it up... not wait for her to send me another message, wasting time... this entire situation is crazy that it has gotten to this point. Everyone was attacking the OP and I saw it differently, and so I said so.

I didn't say that you did not have a legitimate business. I asked how someone was supposed to know if you did with the information that you have (and have not) presented. I asked what is supposed to happen when a money order gets lost in the mail? I don't see how that is "attacking" you. I was just pointing out that it didn't make sense.

You just struck a nerve with your impossibly low pricing. Impossible because no one with any sort of overhead costs could possibly sustain such pricing. It's unfair to established businesses, because customers begin to feel like businesses who are charging a fair retail markup are overcharging. For example, people on YT often talk about going to their local boutiques to "try out" strollers, car seats, clothes, etc and then they go home and buy them on ebay for the same price the store paid for those items! (Is the store supposed to sell those items at their cost? Did you know that "standard" markup is 2 to 3 times the cost of the product? Small businesses selling at 50% off are typically losing money.) Meanwhile, the store has to pay employees and bills and rent so they can act like a library. Lots of sellers come on here and clearance out their old stock, and that's one thing, but when you were soliciting new orders - that got to me. So while you didn't do anything TO me, that is what you did that made me want to respond to this thread. If your customer service is as fantastic as everyone says it is, then your items should be worth a fair price, right? You should try that and you will get a lot more respect from your fellow YT sellers.

YT members really do seem to like you and defend you, so I think you should get your website finished right away and everyone can put this whole mess behind them. If you would like help or advice, since I've already gone through this process, I would be happy to help you.

Why would this thread need to be deleted? Reviews are allowed here on YT. Tina is long standing member at YT and is allowed to post a review or talk about a service she is unhappy with.

I hope that this gets settled soon for everyone. But it would not be fair for anyone here if all we could post is the "happy" stories about YT sellers, it would be unfair to future buyers. Both the buyers and sellers are allowed to have their voice on what happened, it seems fair to me. YT members can decide who they want to make a purchase with in the future.

Best of luck to everyone involved.

I also have read nothing but good things about Adrianna. I will soon be purchasing stuff from her catalogs. They are really cute! So much stuff to buy from her =D I also agree with the only money order policy, cause I always want to pay fast so i get my order fast lol.

I'm just curious........in yr post to her, u state:
I am not sending the hoodie back (unless you provide for postage)...send my $20.00 TODAY!!!
So, u did receive a hoodie from her prior to the misunderstanding? Wrong item or did u order another item which is being disputed?

YT members really do seem to like you and defend you, so I think you should get your website finished right away and everyone can put this whole mess behind them. If you would like help or advice, since I've already gone through this process, I would be happy to help you.
There are always outlets where you can find merchandise (even the good brand name stuff) for less than the boutiques are charging. I have been able to buy several things at wholesale prices by shopping online. I can't believe she is now getting criticized for selling things to fellow Yorkie Talk members too inexpensively!! That is a new one on me. Shame on her for giving us too good of a deal??? She has no less "overhead" than any other small online business. Why should any of the online businesses charge as much as the brick and mortar establishments that have to pay rent, utilities, employee expenses etc.? What is funny is that I have read criticism that the big chains can sell items more cheaply because they buy in bulk, and now I am reading criticism of this YT vendor because she is selling more cheaply because she is so small. So, is it only medium sized boutique type stores that sell at full retail that are acceptable?

I belong to a photography forum and there is always a debate there too about buying at local shops instead of online. I don't even have a local dog boutique so it is not an option. But the fact is, I would not pay $50+ for my Yorkie outfits. But if there are online options I would buy the same outfits for much less. No local boutique (if there was one near me) is losing any money because I just would not pay those prices. If some are continuously browsing in their local boutiques, then I think they need to occasionally purchase something there. I do agree that they should not be used over and over and then buy somewhere else. But, I doubt most buying from this vendor are really doing that. Most probably see a cute outfit and she has reasonable prices, so they buy it. I just bought some great natural dog treats online here from another member. The price was way less than the boutiques would charge for the same quality and quantity of natural treats along with a squeaky toy. I sure would never complain to her to raise her prices!

Another thing.... I think "about a month" is not a long time when you are talking online orders. There are several of the YT vendors that will take 4-6 weeks and sometimes longer to get their apparell out to you. If we were talking medical supplies and needed them immediately maybe that would not be acceptable, but a dog hoodie ..... we ought to be able to wait a few weeks especially for a really good price. But, that is just my opinion. Everybody has one and mine is no more right or wrong than the next one. But we have probably beat this poor vendor over the head enough. She has said she will send the refund and the OP will have her money NLT the 27th. What more can we ask of her? (except the raising prices part, that is!)
Peace!
