the second order there was "no communication within a reasonable time" on why no shippement was made ( I had also waited 2 weeks before asking where the goods were).....I had PM'ed the vendor several times before looking for her publicly. All I had asked at first publicly was did anyone see her...this was after I had sent her 2 PM's over a period of a week and I received no response ....THEN I received her first insulting PM (that she was going to refund my money "and so on")and so forth and so on...so I "then" said to her refund my money.....
and being that the first order was also a hassel I had not much to base her on esp after she did not respond except to be insulting
