IMO, the future is more important than the past... when things get to this point, everyone feels the need to defend what they did and point out why the other person is wrong. This is natural, and often something WAS done wrong. There seems to be a pretty simple solution to this, though. I hope the OP is refunded her money, the seller is returned her merchandise, and everyone can move on.
