Just to clarify.. I
offered the refund and had to wait for her to send me her mailing address in that message above, which was not sent until about a week after I offered the refund.
The address and deadline message was sent only 7 days ago. I don't want anyone thinking that message was sent weeks ago or anything because it wasn't.
This will be my last post on this thread as I have done nothing wrong and I feel no need to continue to justify what is a simple misunderstanding with a customer that is unwilling to reason with me.
