I'm not sure how much of a rehoming fee to ask for though.

| I forgot to add that the most you might be able to get is probably $500 rehoming. Many rescues that have Yorkies with aggression issues usually only have them for $300-500 and will only adopt out to homes without other pets/children and want to know the individual has proven training/pack leader type mentality. I hope that helps. |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Maybe having her spayed will solve some of her aggression problems? She may come home to be a different dog than she is now

Different people expect different amounts for rehoming fees...here it is likely you would receive no more than $300 for the dog.

| I feel so bad for Emma. I hope she finds her forever home really soon. I can understand wanting to recoup at least some of money cause thats alot of money to lose out on, especially with the way the economy is nowadays. Good luck in finding her a home. |

| If you contact a Yorkie Rescue in your area and explain what happened, and ask if they will Post a Curtesy Listing via their Petfinder account for your Ad for rehoming Emma. You can also ask them if they know of anyone looking for a Yorkie that Emma might do well with. Understand that I am not suggesting you give her to the rescue, simply saying that I often see "Curtesy Postings" on petfinder and this may help you rehome her faster |

| Earlier on the phone today, I offered to both foster AND spay Emma at my own costs. The offer still stands and will stand.

Thor's Human Donating Member | Okay, I said twelve hours ago I was taking a 24 hours break from YT, but I'm WEAK! Maybe you should just place her with a rescue and sue the seller for the entirety of the cost. That way you don't need to stress about the spay and the size of the re-homing fee. You mentioned you know a lawyer. I don't know how hard it will be sue to across states, but people have said Florida has good lemon laws.
