If you support the rescue with very generous donations, you should have a say in how your donation is spent. This poor baby needs to be pulled out of there first thing in the morning. There are 2 people that are either willing to pay or have donated substantially to this rescue. Please get her out of there

GuideStar nonprofit reports and Forms 990 for donors, grantmakers and businesses and looking them up! That will show how much they took in, how much they spent and where. That is a good way to determine who you want to donate money to! I always look charities up to see so that I have some idea where my money will go. In the case of dog rescues, any group that spends money on computers and things that most people have anyway, will not get my money. I believe those are things that should be donated especially since people need them anyway for their own personal use! That is, of course, my opinion. Some people don't care that charities spend their money on such things.

| Everyone that stepped up to pay....... Thank you. It is so sweet of all of you. We will be getting her out whether they discount it or not. Im sure they (YTNR) has to be careful with every dollar spent because they do relie soley on donations and some of the babies medicals bill are huge. So as with everything Im sure they try to spend as little as possible to continue to be able to help others. I think its great that YTNR will take on a dog of this age knowing she probably isnt going to be adopted and she will just live her life out with them. The shelter want to spay her before she leaves so Im waiting to see if they will even let us take her today.

| Sorry for all the misspellings on my last post. Its early. Just so everyone knows there wasnt any question on if YTNR would take this dog based her her shelter fee, we were just trying to get them to work with us a little. YTNR is very reputable and they help so many dogs every year and the shelter should also be willing to help YTNR and this poor dog. So back to the baby, we are still working on it. The shelter also wants her spayed? YTNR state director is working with her contact to the shelter to get the dog out today unspayed. The poor thing just went un anesthesia for her eye and dosent need to go under again for spay. I have her new little bed and blankets ready for her. Ill keep you posted.

| Thank you for letting us know! I am with a yorkie rescue and know how costly taking care of the pups is...we also take them in any condition. Some shelters just do not work with us. Thankfully most do..but not something we can always count on. Again..thank you very much! |
