OK I got far enough to post for the first time!!! I am Denise aka AngelDogMom and I will be bringing Ella home to Costa Mesa, CA where she will become a therapy dog who helps people of all ages every day to love and accept themselves (and to forgive mistreatment) as our little Ella has.

Please know that Ella's is an open adoption and I look forward to keeping her foster mom and dad in the loop to watch her progress!!

Please say a prayer for all of us that Ella's path is filled with kibble instead of trash on the streets!!

Welcome to YT!! I have been following little Ella's story and am so happy that she will finally have a truly forever home! I know she will miss her wonderful Foster Mom. God bless you for giving her the wonderful life she deserves!!

Welcome to YT from me (Kathy) and Winston. Ella has really wiggled her way in to many hearts here...as I'm sure she'll do with you as well. Fantastic work that you do, I sure hope Ella enjoys her new life with her new mom and her new job...who'd have thought, she's come so very far and deserves all good things in life. Bless you and her foster mom for caring so very deeply and passionately about rescues, I admire your strength and courage!!!

Welcome Denise

Thank you to everyone that gave Denise a warm welcome

Ella is a very lucky little girl to have such a beautiful caring person like Denise open up her heart and home to her and Ella will finally have the forever home she deserves. Ella will never want for anything again and she will repay her new family with the love, companionship and fierce loyalty that only a special little rescue like Ella can offer. Ella as you all know brings out the very best in people and will be able to further giving this gift of hers as a therapy dog.

Ella is recovering very well from her surgery and will be going home with her new mom tomorrow night. I will miss her terribly but Im so happy for her and cant wait to see how she grows with the love of her new family.

for getting Ella up and running and playing and eating and peeing and pooping etc (you get the picture). The beginning was tough but you hung in there and the end result was perfection.

you are simply amazing. I am sorry we humans get things wrong sometimes (okay alot of the times) and you weren't treated like the princess you are, but the harder one's life, the greater the destiny. llcornell and all of us are sad to see you change homes

but we know you have smiles and lots of love to take into so many peoples' lives. Always shine bright and beautiful-you were made for such a time as this. The girls and I send you

Hello and Welcome Denise! Ella has been our special girl and we all love her for her strength and perseverance. She has come so far and now we all know that she has a purpose in her life and that is with you. Thank you for stepping forward to open your heart to our little girl. Once Ella gones home please stick around and stay part of our group. You are a wonderful person to take Ella home.

I just found this thread - and all I can say is unbelievable! It brought sad tears to my eyes at first, but happy by the end.

I'm sorry I don't know your name, but llcornell, you are truly an angel on earth. You should be so proud of what you helped this sweet little girl accomplish. I know she has given you so much in return. All the other YTers who pitched in show what a great group of people make up this community.

It's bittersweet she has found a forever home, but I must admit it sounds like the perfect match. Ella is finally living the life she deserves.

The pictures really do speak for themselves...what an amazing transformation of beautiful, sweet, little Ella.

What a difference you have made to Ella's life Llcornell.You have made all of this possible with your love and dedication to little Ella.

I know you will be sad and happy at the same time and you will miss Ella but to get to see her bloom with her new mum will be a great reward for you.

Im glad you noticed she does get prettier every day. I love it. Its amazing to watch her grow.

I know Ella isnt naked very much but she has started to grow her fur back and she has given up the bottle for prescription pain meds and they make her have hot flashes.
