| I saw Merricks in Petland Discounts last week at a good price too. If you go to the myNBC site there are 3 articles - one on the recall, one on the lack of regulation of pet food and one on how high end pet foods will now benefit. Here's the website: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032619/ I don't what to think yet. I'm still not buying fresh veggies from the spinach problem. Never face reality unless your reality is just the way you want it to be. Judy |

that is what you ultimately want to look for. make sure that the food has actually been thru a feeding test. Some companies will just throw some stuff together and put it in a bag without testing to see if dogs will eat it or without testign its nutritional breakdown chemically.

| I'm sorry if I've upset anyone for sending something more than once, but a pm would have been nicer. It was not my intention on making anyone upset, only to help our babies. Sorry you don't see it that way. Anyway to answer your question about AAFCO. Please read this: http://home.att.net/~wdcusick/03.html |

Yes, that is exactly what I found in my studies. I wouldn't dare buy food that does not meet the AAFCO requirements. I just love what the hard food is doing for my girls. It was soo hard to find! I think because it's from Canada. I only found one direct online store that sells it.

I have not had a problem with Blue Buffalo. Please send me a link to the study. I would like to learn more. I have not seen any negative reviews on Blue Buffalo yet, but if there are any then let me know.
