| I hope Jackson enjoyed his trip to grandpa's and his grooming. Hopefully, you got some rest today. Glad to hear he is feeling better. Scary stuff these furry kids can go through. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | How scary, and I'm glad you were able to react fast. Hope Jackson's feeling better today.

What to do when a wasp or bee stings your dog: Articles for dog owners | Hill's Pet It's just not a requirement for one sting. I'd be checking respiration, watching the face and tongue for swelling. A small amount of swelling in the area is normal. If they were stung in the mouth or neck area, that'd be different. And I'm amending the above post. I would never tell somebody online not to go. I'd tell family not to go though. lol It's just like with humans. A few area allergic. Most are not. I don't go to the ER for stings... I'd give Benadryl and watch. Of course if the nearest open vet is an hour away, I might head that way just in case....

| Jax was totally fine! He spent the day swimming and getting groomed at my dads house on Thursday and he's been totally himself ever since, hehe. I can't believe I almost drugged my dog! Live and learn. Thanks for all your help.
