Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | Hi and welcome to YT. Have you changed his brand of food latley? It sounds as if he is very weak because he is not eating and may be becoming dehydrated if he will not drink. Is there anyway you can get him to the vet sooner? I dont think you should wait.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I'm really glad to read you're going to the vet, bc I'd be as concerned as you are, even though this could be something minor. I can't really offer an opinion about what's going on with him. Any breathing issues (short of breath etc)? His 'weakness' is only after eating or drinking? Is he swallowing harder than normal? Are his gums nice and pink/moist - or are they pale?

| While waiting for the Vet, try to get him to lick up some Children Vanilla Pedisure (w/fiber) - it has some nutrients, etc...in it that may boost him right now right he doesn't want to eat his food. What are you feeding him anyway? |

| I agree with you on the food, My Sisters lab for 6 MONTHS was lethargic, Diharea, throwing up eyes cloudy. Wouldn't play nothing. Finally talked her into the Vets and sure enough it was the food he was on. Within 2 weeks of a different food you could see a difference in him, He actually stole the tea towel lmao he loved doing that before he got sick
