I agree with you on the food, My Sisters lab for 6 MONTHS was lethargic, Diharea, throwing up eyes cloudy. Wouldn't play nothing. Finally talked her into the Vets and sure enough it was the food he was on. Within 2 weeks of a different food you could see a difference in him, He actually stole the tea towel lmao he loved doing that before he got sick
