Wow, this is discouraging as I read this thread and was convinced I wanted to order it but it seems that some of you are still waiting after a month. But in the long run it sounds like it is worth it. Maybe I will call and see how long they say for shipment.

I just e-mailed them, because I have not yet received a confirmation e-mail with my order number or anything and I ordered on Wednesday 03/26/08!!

i ordered 3-19-08 online and have no word,, other than the order was completed,, but i heard from them almost daily prior to ordering,, they assured me how many they have on hand,, the problems at first were defective batteries they received,and as soon as it was realized,, they stopped shipping,, no point shipping out bad product,, and simply did not have time or resources to email everyone explaining,, and that their webserver was wrongly charging peoples accounts as soon as the order was placed,, rather than when it is shipped,, that has since been changed,, so,, heres hoping we'll all have ours very soon! and i'd love to hear from those who have received,, how they are working for ya,, and hopefully once we all receive them we can give them a thumbs up!!

you could wasteyour money on that, or go to wal-mart and pay $10 for a dremel tool. Same thing, just without the splashy name and overpriced.

I think they like it because it has a safety cover.

Well, being as several of us are STILL waiting, can't say I would really recommend it.

Yes, but in all fairness, I have only waited about 5 weeks. One more to go before I email the company again :rolleyes:

I really don't think they are doing themselves any favors taking so long to fulfill orders.

Oh goodness. Yea I think I will hold off until you all get yours and I can get some feedback from yall. Yea they really should be on the ball about getting orders processed and shipped! I hope it doesnt turn out to be a scam company! Ill keep my fingers crossed in hopes you get it soon!!

I don't think it's a scam company, others have gotten theres, I think distribution was poorly thought out, I think they have had a few problems and I am worried they will go under taking my money and my peticure (whatever it is called) with them.

I have one of those but Reeses is scared of it. Plus it spins really fast and I have found it hard to grind his nails...it always wants to spin off and I am scared I might hurt him so I dont use it.

Funny thing is my sister came down with her dog and mentioned that she was buying this new thing for doing dog's nails.....turns out she ordered the Peticure a month ago and still does not have it:eek: Told her the skinny and told her to start calling them every day!!!

I emailed jay and stated I wanted my product immediately or I was contacting both my credit card company and the better business bureau. They were so concerned they havent bothered responding to my email.:eek:

I had no luck with emailing them. I usually got a response, but it was always saying something like "Your product should be shipping within the next 2 weeks" which never happened. I finally broke down and called Jayden at the number he provided in an email (after waiting a month for my product). His number is 214 223 9653. I would suggest calling him. He told me on the phone that there had been a few instances where the website had screwed up and they had no record of some orders. So it's probably worth checking into.

I received mine 2 days after talking with him on the phone.

So did I. He told me at the time I ordered mine that there were problems with the web orders. He told me that ordering by phone was better.

I just wanted to say,, ours just arrived,, UPS,, I ordered online 3-19-08 where it said allow 4 to 60 weeks,, today is April 14th,, so,, as promised,, and did not charge to my card before it shipped. so i'm pleased enough with delivery as promised,, and it looks good,, workable, and its bath day here,, so,, figure we'll try it out here this afternoon!! it works,, looks good and looks like it should work well,, so,, we shall see!! hope the rest of you have gotten yours?:aimeeyork

Let us know how it works!! I am anxious to find out the pros/cons before I think about ordering one. Lol.

I got mine the other day and I just ordered it not to long ago... I had called and the guy I talked to said that it was on back order and I would recive it by the middle of april... he was right... so maybe thats the problem? sorry you guys have not yet recived yours... Gracie HATES it!!!! she squrims and crys... I have to hold her down to do it... oh yay.... not fun at all :(

well,,we've not used it yet, rather ,, are doing as they suggest,, to get the girls used to the Peticure itself,, having one in my lap,, turn it on,,and give a treat,,not attempting to use it yet,,just to get them used to the sound,, 2 of our girls are fine with it and i think its going to be fine for them,, 1 is not liking the noise,, so its going to take a while more to get her adjusted,, just difference in their personalities,, but still we look forward very much to using here!:)

Well I just called them, my Peticure was shipped out on Friday 04/11/08. I tracked it by UPS and it say it is scheduled to arrive Tomorrow!! YAY I can't wait!!

I got mine today and I love it! Franklin still squirms so I think I'll always have to have the BF hold him but I think he will eventually get used to it.
