I feel the same way!! I ordered mine Jan 17th! I have not received any emails from them and have emailed them several times. If I soon don't hear from them I will be requesting my money back too!! What a mess.:(

I was able to get ahold of Jayden today on the phone and told him how I was still waiting to receive my peticure. He was extremely nice to talk to and explained that he was out of town and would be returning home on Friday and that he would ship out one to me as soon as he gets home. He gave me an email address to send my name/mailing address to, so I sent him an email this evening and will wait to see if I receive one from him. He also told me that eventually I would receive the other one I had ordered and that I could just keep it, complements of him. Will keep you all posted. If anyone has recently received one that they have been waiting for, please post or pm me.

Did you guys buy the extra bands or does it come with enough to start?
I dont want to spend the extra $15 if not needed but I do have 3 pups.

I'm going through the same thing! I have sent numerous emails to customer support and everytime I receive a response that my peticure will ship out that week, but it never does! The last email I received from them said I'd have it by the end of the month, but low and behold, the end of the month has come and gone and I still have no peticure. Poor Tucker's nails are getting out of control, but I keep hoping and waiting that my Peticure will arrive!

Well I posted earlier that the petit peticure that I bought had a defective battery. Today I recieved my new replacement and they did upgrade me to the elite at no charge.I'm so happy with they're customer service and I would'nt hesitate to recommend them.
Yaaaah ! now I have one with more speeds !:thumbs up

I forgot to tell everyone that I figured out that I could still use the petit but with the cord plugged in, not that convenient but usable only on a table close to a plug outlet. The grinder is nice and quiet ,light weight and I love the guard over the sanding drum.Have been using it on Tia my tzu cross who has long hair on her paws (oops ...well her whole body for that matter ).She is so phobic about me doing anything to her nails, but with lots of cherios for treats and short little grinding sessions (every nite do a few nails ) she doesn't mind haveing her nails done !:thumbup: This is definitely the best thing I have bought so far.Actually I give this grinder a :thumbup: :thumbup: thumbs up .

This has been the most wonderful months of my life and...yes the most stressful. The response I am getting from pet parents is extraordinary and this dream of mine is now a reality.
I deeply apologize for all of the orders out there that are late. This company and invention has been my truest passion. Peticure benefits a long overdue solution to a wide spread problem that we all have experienced. The core of my heart wants so badly for you and your pet to happy and bridge this old wound. For the many that have received their peticures, the response has been everything I hoped and believed. PEOPLE AND THEIR PETS LOVE IT!!!

HOWEVER, for those who have late orders and are upset, I need to resolve this with you. No matter how frustrated you are, YOU invested in my invention for a PURE and GOOD intention (your pets)...and for that , I have a great deal of respect and debt to you.
I completely understand your frustration and would feel the same if it were myself in your shoes...

To make matters worse, if you ordered off the web site your orders were automatically charged by my web site admin.. I have worked diligently to fix that. I have a new web admin. software that will hold the customers card (in a large file batch) until it is ready to ship.

30,000 pieces are in the warehouse now and are shipping late this week and next week.

I got my Peticure tool about three days after calling Jayden. I tried it on Teddy who is deathly afraid to get his nails clipped. He wasn't crazy about my fooling with his paws but he actually sat still and let me use it. He isn't afriad of it. My first try I only took a tiny bit off and was unsure how to hold Teddy to make it work the best. The second time was much better. He sat still for me and it worked great. His hair did not go thru the hole and get caught. I must say I LOVE IT! Daisy is afriad of the sound (it's not really that loud but she just doesn't like that particular sound) and she runs for the hills when I turn it on. I got a little packet with about 12 or 15 extra sanders in it so it should last quite awhile. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Thank you for giving me/us your thoughts on this wonderful product. I can't wait to try it and it can't get her fast enough. Maybe Daisy will come around after some time. Good luck.

I ordered Peticure ages ago and I have not received it. I ordered a different one on Thur and got it on Sat. I tried it on one of my girls and it almost immediately caught a long peice of hair. Fortunately I could hit the off button before the hair was ripped out but it could have been a horrible ordeal for me and my dog. I had to cut the hair to get it out. It was the Automatic Nail Grinder by Kim Laube. I hope the Peticure is safer but they look like they operate the same way!

Is that this one? http://www.kimlaubecoshop.com/index....PROD&ProdID=30 I was thinking of ordering it because it has a stone grinder instead of the cardboard emery bands, and no battery problems. It only has one size hole for dogs and is capable of doing large dogs, so a little Yorkies paw would probably not fit as well, and possibly cause the hair entanglement. The other product has different sizes with I believe the petite being the smaller. Thanks for posting; I won't order that one.

I need to get this... I always so the nail grinder ones advertised and said I should get it. I hate cutting their nails, I always scared I might make them bleed and the nails are always shaper after I cut. I need to tell my boyfriend:)

Iwolfe ,I have both the petite and elite by peticure ,they both have a very tiny hole just the right size for a yorkies nail. You still have to hold the hair on the paw back out of the way to fit the nail into the hole so it is not easy for the hair to get into the hole and get tangled . I have started to use the elite which is a little larger in size than the petite but not awkward to use.It has variable speeds which I like as well. :thumbup:

I love mine and hear that the company is now able to fill orders faster then previously done. I have had a few friends order one and theirs came pretty quickly. The battery problems they had in the past have been corrected so Im sure you would love one. All my furkids let me use it on their nails, some of them require Gloria to hold them and others just lay there and let me to it by myself.

I placed my order on 2/27 and emailed to get a status as I honestly had no idea the time line I was looking at and got this response:


We are allotting up to 4-6 business weeks for delivery (as stated on our website)due to high demand of the peticure. This by no means that it will take up to that long for you to receive your peticure. I would like to think it shouldn't be much longer as we are getting them out as fast as we can. Sorry for the delay & inconvenience. If you can be patient with us I promise you and your kid(s) will LOVE IT!

I am still waiting for mine I ordered Jan.17th it is now march 18th no peticure I emailed several times and have only recieved one response. I am not very happy I am giving it one more week and I am requesting a refund!!!

I had emailed Jaden (owner) the other day and received a phone call from him that same day. He was extremely nice and apoligized to the delay (I ordered mine back in Jan also). He had promised me in an earlier email that he would upgrade me to a Elite instead of Petite. He let me know on the phone that he was mailing mine out priority shipping the following day. Well I recieved it on Saturday (haven't used it yet) but he sent the Petite instead of the Elite, so I have emailed him once again, but it's been two days and i have yet to hear from him. I know he is complete overwhelmed at the response to his product...

Well I have been using the elite on Tia's nails for about a week now and she is very relaxed about it ! YAAAA! I still do short sessions with treats. I have to say I love this tool .:thumbup: :thumbup:

I ordered my petite on 2/20 and I got it in the mail on 3/19. Theo and Bella are still getting use to it, but it is not upsetting to them. When I would clip their nails, they would act like they were going to die. They just try to pull their paw away when I am using the peticure. It def works to sand the nail and round them. I have to keep at it though, because my pups need to get their quicks recessed a bit, and the peticure really only takes off a little tiny bit at a time. Every day I work on their nails a little bit.
